Comfort Suites McKinney-Allen

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, and you have direct tv. The hotel also didn't smell like purple fabuloso. There are all kinds of good smelling fabuloso that is not the purple one. It's so stout it gives me a headache.

The curtains were sheer, so I kept waking up thinking it was daylight and was late for my appointment.

Large bathroom with a 7' counter! Lots of room for stuff. Nice room, large, clean. Comfy beds. Gym was way above average for a small hotel. 2 cardio machines and a good Universal Gym. Short drive to McDonalds, Dennys, Waffle House. A decent lobby with TV and newspapers. Excellent value compared to surrounding hotels! Yet no rif-raf.

While the breakfast room was nice, and it looks like they used to serve a great breakfast, and though Covid rules have eased, they choose to still give just yogurt, packaged muffins and a 7-11 type breakfast sandwich. (Might have been fruit, too.)

We liked the breakfast. The bold coffee was excellent. It took a while to figure out to press the bold then the regular coffee button, but we got it. The staff was friendly and efficient. We slept like dead....

The "scrambled eggs" were watery, but the rest of the breakfast was pretty good.

Manager was very helpful and professional. Happened to see him training a new employee at the front desk, and he was patient and cordially shared their tasks and responsibilities. I believe he is a fairly New Manager and is diligent about bringing many positive updates to the McKinney, Texas Facility

The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The bed was super comfy. The location was perfect for my needs.

The room needed a bit of maintenance. The shower dripped non stop and the room desk was quite wobbly. The windows were not sealed well (only noticeable because McKinney was experiencing very high wind gusts).

I like that the room has a small love seat and chair to sit on. Since we were there for 3 nights.

Wasn't happy that it showed breakfast then after we got there the breakfast was only muffins, coffee, I also don't like that you have to ask for clean towels everyday. They only clean every three days and exchange towels and wash clothes every three days unless you ask.

Comfort Suites was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Peyton was awesome checking us in and taking care of us.

The only problem we had was the room my parents stayed in had a bathroom issue but they didn't say anything until we were leaving. My room didn't have an iron but I made it.

Hotel was clean, staff was courteous and professional, check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths.. my stay was one night.

As expected with location, Highway noise, which wasnt terrible, but noticable. Noise (crying child) can be heard in rooms next to you.

Elevator not working. Requested room downstairs, did not get. I had to climb stairs with bad knee, on oxygen and cpap. Room wasn't that clean needed dusting. No signs on elevator saying it was broke. Dont know if I'll stay again. I have stayed at this location several times and have never had a problem, except this time
