Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Medical Center-NRG Park

Breakfast was near perfect considering Covid restrictions. Bagel with cream cheese, two boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee and tea.

Couldn’t get luggage movers. People were hoarding them in their rooms. Not at all happy with that!

It was very convenient as it was close to the facility that we had to be at early the next morning. This made things easier on our family. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we all slept comfortably for the most part.

This is my second time staying here for a Pats/Texans Game and this place is the best. The staff is soooo friendly and helpful!! You can be walking down the hall and a member of the staff will go outta their way to see if you need anything. My room was ready at check-in and everything was clean and perfect. The breakfast is fantastic! A great variety of foods! You will not be disappointed staying here! I guarantee it!

Great location!! Close to the VA, TX Childrens, MD Anderson. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great even for a grab-n-go. I am very familiar with this part of town and although this hotel is about 2 miles from a rougher area we felt very safe. The parking lot was fully fenced which gave me an extra sence of security. The room was clean, smelled good, and was cozy. My fiance was having out patient surgery and even though we officially checked out and handed in our key at 5am the staff allowed me to come back and gave me the key so that I could be comfy in our room until the noon check out. I greatly appreciated their kindness and understanding!!!

paying $8.00 to park when we already paid for the room. parking on the property should be part of it. It's not like you can just park on the street and hope vehicle will still be there when wake up. But glad for the gated parking. It made us feel more comfortable

It was very clean

Parking gate closed and the lady at the front desk refused to open it so I could park inside the property. She said to park at Luby’s! Unacceptable!!

The location was close to the area I was visiting. The A.C. worked well.

The furnishings were scratched, looked old and need replacing. The room could have been a bit cleaner (bathroom).

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was warm and delicious! Very clean area and staff was very attentive to refill missing items. Property followed COVID-19 protocol, which was great for my daughter who is immunocompromised!

The location was great for my surgery the following morning. The room setup was different than any other Hampton I've ever stayed in but it was a neat look. Our first room had a horrible odor and the lady at the front desk moved us to another floor, just in case the smell permeated any other rooms. I appreciated her effort and quick thinking to try to avoid any other issues.

The bed was firmer than other Hamptons and I chose Hampton because of their comfortable beds so that was a little disappointing. Also, I liked the walk-in shower but the door wouldn't latch so I fought to keep it closed while showering.
