The breakfast was good but for the amount of people trying to get breakfast, it was a pretty long wait for pancakes/waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the water bottle filling stations and the range of snacks/foods on sale at reception. I also liked that tea/coffee were available 24/7. Even though the hotel was very busy, we were not bothered by noise in the night. The room was kept cool and the thermostat was easily adjustable. The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms are pretty small with zero storage. I would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

I was highly impressed! The staff, environment, and amenities were excellent. I called the front desk to ask if there were towels available at the pool. "Hello, Mr Davis! How can we help you?" was what I heard. Then, the person went to check to make sure that there were towels for my assurance. They are also pet friendly! The hotel was located near plenty of restaurants and a theater. They also offer complimentary breakfast on both sides of the hotel, not just the Tru side, which I took advantage of. There is also plenty of secure parking. The next time I travel, I'll be sure to seek out Tru!

The property had so many things to do. The breakfast was very pleasing. I had no complaints about this hotel.

There is no microwaves in the rooms. though there is one in the main lobby that you can access at any time of the day and night. They also provide it next to a station that contains silverware and plates as well as condiments you may need. One last thing I did not like but is not a big deal if you pack very organized is that the rooms do not come with closets. They do provide your typical iron and ironing board tho.

The breakfasts were fantastic. The staff were very nice...and funny! The room was very clean. Loved this hotel! We will certainly return. Thank you!

The hallway on the 3rd floor smells like used baby diapers....it's really strange. I REALLY wish there was microwaves in each room. When you microwave your food downstairs, in the lobby, it's cold by the time you get back up to your room. These 2 things were our only complaints.

the way the hotel smelled. The bed comfy! Shower scents and shower amazing! Pool was clean and towels avail. Just all amazing!

I needed to get breakfast early on Monday. They had been stocking the breakfast bar. But, we were not allowed to grab anything. We had to go grab something at a gas station before our flight. but, other than that the ladies and service people all were perfect and food the previous day was amazing.

Overall, the facilities were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. For the price, it was more than worth it. Little more expensive than a "Standard" hotel. But, a LOT nicer! Also, I didn't feel like a stiff log the next day from sleeping in a crappy bed.

There wasn't much not to like. But, if I had to think or something...when buying candy/food/drinks etc from the self serve area, an option to pay there instead of at the front desk would be nice/quicker.

how nice & convenient the location was!!

the confusion of how online it says you’re considered adult if your 18 but when I went to check in they told me I couldn’t because I’m not 21. I told them online it says you can be 18 that you’re considered an adult and when I showed them they said how it doesn’t say anything about being able to check in and it didn’t specify being 21 either. So it should be more clear on the website, they had all my information for a month and decided when I got there to tell me no but it all worked out I had my parent come to check us in!

Location, Breakfast, and friendly staff. When we checked in there were crumbs on the hallway floor. The next evening the crumbs were still there. We reported it to the front desk and the problem was addressed.

Checking the hallways once room attendant completes their tasks. If i had not addressed the brought it to the attention of the front desk how long would the problem exist. A person staying for one night would receive a bad first impression!

I loved this hotel! Everything has a fun vibe, staff is friendly and informative and the location was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and I was able to work from the room just fine. I love the variety of snacks from the market, breakfast selection was amazing the staff recommendations were spot on.

Good location for where we were visiting. Clean, comfortable and staff was very helpful. The weekend breakfast options were better than we have ever seen. The room along with the entire facility was very clean.

The hall carpet was a bit messy from housekeeping. It was noticeable but nothing else to note. I would just suggest that they vacuum the hall once they are done with the rooms. Seriously nothing else to mention.
