Breakfast was very good especially the freshly made waffles. On some days, it was unfortunate the hotel was out of hot eggs/omelettes. We liked the large room (2 queen beds). We could entertain family visitors on the sofa. Also liked the movable table where we can sit, drink tea and relax. We especially liked the microwave, fridge, and dishes.

Location was very close to busy expressway. Our window faced the busy traffic, though the room was quiet.

I loved the suite. It’s more comfortable than a regular hotel room where there’s a lot of sitting on the bed instead of furniture. The facility was very nice and it was conveniently located for our stay.

While the kitchen and bathroom were immaculate, the furniture (loveseat and desk chair) were stained. Since the hotel is pet friendly, stains are a little concerning. It’s impossible to distinguish a coffee stain from a “pet accident.” (Fortunately a staff member provided a blanket to cover the loveseat so we could sit on it without being concerned about the stains.) While the room was large and had enough seating for me and my husband, it felt like like a chair or something might have been missing from the room because one corner had a huge vacant space and I’ve never been in a suite that only had a loveseat to sit on.

This really is a beautiful property. The staff is very nice, and the facilities are immaculate, we had a wonderful stay here.

We booked a room for 4 people and only had 3 towels and 1 washcloth, which I figure is the standard for each room, but when we called down for more they didn't have any hand towels or washcloths clean. There is a sign on the bathroom mirror that says they do light housekeeping during your stay except every 5th day and we only stayed over 2 nights and I'm totally good with making our own beds and tidying up after us, but I would have appreciated someone to take out the trash and replace towels so we could shower before we had to drive back to Oklahoma.

The full kitchen is wonderful and the rooms are large and comfortable. Staff was fabulous!

The only thing I would suggest is that they include conditioner in the shower. Shampoo and body wash were there, but no conditioner.

Everything, rooms were very clean and very comfortable room temperature was perfect. Everything was stocked. Breakfast was delicious lots to choose from.

There was nothing to complain about. Actually there was one thing I regret not staying longer.

With COVID 19 affecting the breakfast daily, there were still 2 wrapped choices of breakfast sandwiches, several flavors of yogurt, and several beverage choices to have there or take to your room, or with you as you leave for your day.

There could be more than 1 luggage cart for the entire facility. I am disabled and had to go back and forth several times to bring the items I needed for this stay. Also, not much of a front entrance. We weren’t sure which door was the one we needed to go to so we could check in. The worst to date of any of my travels, especially for such a large company!

The lady serving breakfast was very helpful and very nice. The variety of food was great. The security system is very good(accessibility to the floors). We went there for a medical procedure. So glad we decided to booked this hotel .

More than happy with our stay . We will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area. Very kind and attentive staff, great facility and perfect location.

Our room was very clean/comfortable. Location was nice with plenty of restaurants/shopping centers around. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool was not open and looked like it had been sitting for quite some time without because cleaned. Was looking forward to swimming.

We liked everything else, the fresh sheets, the staff, cold air. We liked the clean sheets we could get from the front desk. The towels are amazingly dry and soak up everything even your sins...

We didn't like the limited breakfast. There could have been more of a limited breakfast and other items.
