Hyatt Place Austin/Round Rock

This Hotel was great. thank you everyone was excellent the food was perfect and the location could not have been better. the staff was great the hotel was so clean I couldn't believe it I even loved the Ice Water y'all had sitting out the lemon water they had sitting out for people to drink when they came in .

That was nothing I can complain about I mean everything was perfect I mean y'all have done an excellent job keep doing that perfect but y'all been doing

Access to pool & gym was nice. Breakfast bar was actually pretty good compared to most hotels. Staff, especially front desk during the day, were super friendly and nice. Fruit water by the elevator is awesome! Super nice touch

Room could have been a bit cleaner. Found hairs I know was not mine. Stained floors. Fridge does not get cold enough and food I would put in there got spoiled. Saw about 10 ants and 1 spider during my stay, most of which was there BEFORE I brought any food onto the premises. Left with about 5 bug bites…. not sure if it’s bed bugs or from ants. I’ve never experienced bed bugs before

Excellent breakfast options, good clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

The rave DJ in the next room over that had to be told two separate days to keep it down, and the pool was absolutely freezing even in the 85 degree sun, but these are both minor complaints for an overall excellent stay. Also, the Chromecast wasn't installed within reach of an HDMI port so it wasn't usable, unfortunately, but the TV and cable channels were nice.

The property was very nice, clean and quiet. The location was perfect and it wasn't far from restaurants, stores etc.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool didn't look clean. It had black stuff on the pool walls, but other than that everything else was great. Also the lighting by the sink was dim, which was hard to see at night.

Overall nice clean an comfortable hotel beds are very comfortable pricing for this hotel is decent the staff is very friendly an helpful hotel manager goes beyond to make the guest feel welcome an comfortable overall great stay

They only thing I didn’t like about this hotel that it didn’t have an microwave in the room due to the fact I had to stay several days it would of been nice if it was one in the room instead of having to go down stairs to warm up food I booked this hotel because I seen that they had microwaves in the room on the pictures that’s my only complaint

The breakfast items were very good and staff kept the options replenished and clean. The location is very convenient with many shopping and restaurants only a few blocks away, even within walking distance.

Everything about this stay, venue, staff, and customer service was excellent. There isn't anything that I could say was deficient.

Refilled the breakfast and juices promptly when running out. Free dryer available for guests which I used to dry my swimwear so I wouldn't have to put it on the next day still wet or put in my luggage wet. Nice pillows and comfortable beds. The suite was large. The keycard to get in worked everywhere in the building the first time. Plenty of towels were available when we needed extra from swimming. The workout room was adequate and provided water for you. The halls were clean.

The shower by the pool did not work. The waffles were hard even when fresh because it was overcooked. No extra blanket was available when needed.

Good value for money. Location was close to restaurants and Kalahari resort ( in case you are interested in the water park ). Friendly staff. Coffee was pretty good at the breakfast buffet which is included in room price.

There was strange smell in the room, as well the carpet was stained.

From the time I walked into the hotel the staff was amazing. The staff had excellent customer service and was extremely welcoming being that I was from out of state. The property was clean and well maintained. The location was really nice, quiet, and safe. OH AND THE BED WAS AMMMMAZZZING. Super comfortable. One thing I didn’t like was the fact that house keeping didn’t come in to clean the room during my stay, but that’s nothing major. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Thanks for the great hospitality😊

The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and pet-friendly. The lobby has a cozy bar/restaurant, and the continental breakfast spread is standard (slightly overcooked/dry) but tasty nonetheless

The bartender is also the cook, so be prepared to wait a bit
