Holiday Inn Express & Suites Round Rock Austin North, an IHG Hotel

The location was in the middle of everywhere and easy to access. The breakfast was a very large variety of food. The hallways and elevators smelled so clean. I’d really like to know what cleaning products they use 🙂

We stayed two nights…the second day our card would not work. We had to go down a couple of times to figure out the issue…come to find out when we were checked in he only set the card for one night. In the room we found old fries beside the bed with a pair of underwear that didn’t belong to us. It could’ve easily been missed as they were black and tucked between the bed and chair but was a little disturbing. Other than that the room was clean.

Room was quiet even though window faced freeway. Excellent breakfast (for a hotel). Bed very comfortable.

No guide on TV so hard to find shows. Hallways and elevators were not air-conditioned. I received a reminder email the day before my booking and it said the pool was closed for the season so I didn’t pack a suit. But we got there and the pool was open and I wish were we correctly informed. It was a hot day and would have been nice.

This hotel had the largest variety of breakfast items out of any hotel I’ve ever been to. This is nice for those who stay more than a day or two. There was biscuits & gravy, cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, milk, juice, coffee, and I’m sure I’m missing something.

Bathroom was a little small but we will continue to stay here every year we visit family.

The staff was amazing! On the way to Austin for my son's baseball tournament, I broke my ankle. The night front desk girl was so sweet! She got me some ice and was very considerate of the situation. We decided to stay another night and the manager on duty that morning was so patient. He did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as he could. I am so thankful to have stayed somewhere that the staff cared about the guests.

Other than the prices at the store downstairs, everything was great!

That was a great experience for us. The price was reasonable, the room was pretty clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If you choose this hotel, it would be a perfect experience you've never had before. Thanks.

Texas's weather is quite hot, so I wasn't able to stand being outside. But it's not the hotel's fault. Anyway, thanks.

The room was satisfactory. The location was satisfactory. The staff was very courteous. Not much else to say.

Someone else's hair was in the drain of the shower. Trying to watch TV, there was no guide to identify channels or programming. Also, most places have a binder or book identifying dining and entertainment locations around the area. The price was more than we have paid in the past, but I am sure that is due to covid.

The location is as nice and the room was perfectly comfortable and clean.

The only reason and it was not your fault at all was there was a group of young boys running around the hall from at least 7pm-10pm screaming and banging on doors. My door was banged on at least 3 times by the children. No idea what organization they were with but they had white shirts on and if you know to let their position in charge of. I once was a kid doing lots of crazy things at hotels including knock and ditch but always got in trouble for it lol.

Breakfast was good, included hot options and even closed late. Location was good. Hotel was nice and clean and guest friendly.

When I booked I didn't getbthe room I needed. I got a suite and when I arrived at hotel they said there were no suites available. I moved hotels because I needed a suite but ended up without it. Hotel gave me an extra bed no charge for it at least.

What I like -comfortable bed -quite I could not hear anyone even in the morning during breakfast and we were only a few rooms away.

The roll in shower didn't drain well. The shower curtain stop the water from getting on the floor. The pool was not located with any privacy in mind.

The breakfast was really good I hate I missed it the first morning we were there. The room was clean and we were given new towels daily. The pool was great as well

Just sweep the elevator from time to time- it was funny that a package of salt was on the floor for the whole 3 days we were there.
