The facility was VERY clean. Asia was EXTREMELY pleasant and willing to assist in any way she could to make our stay an enjoyable experience (it was my husband's birthday weekend). The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE and the shower was very roomy.

The bedroom in the one bedroom suite was small. It needed a little more space in it to make it easier to move around. The phone in our room didn't work (I told the front desk clerk); it was never fixed or changed out.

The cleanliness, newness of the hotel, healthy breakfast options, & customer service from the staff.

My room was next to the room for washer/dryer use, so awakened by noise at 5:30am. Not sure if it was customers using the facility or hotel staff cleaning the room.

Kitchen amenities, large space, plenty of room to move around. Front desk was very helpful.

Was disappointing in the hot food choices for breakfast. And I appreciated the one day we had towels refreshed and bed made but paper cups, coffee etc. were not replaced. And we were there four nights.

The hotel and manager we dealt with Nida A. was one of the best stays I have had with any hotel. We stayed here due to the winter storm and have been here now 3 days. From the first day the staff made you feel right at home. Dealing with a booked out hotel and some not so friendly angry people looking for rooms you would have never been able to tell. They never made you feel as if you were a bother but the opposite, tried to do all they could and showed great empathy and compassion in a very stressful time. The words thank you and exceptional are not enough for the professionalism and customer service all the staff members showed. I may not have been able to be at home due to no power or water but they made sure me and my family felt like it. Thank you will never be enough. Thank you Nida and staff, from room 313.

The property was in a good location. There’s only one driveway entry area. If you’re not familiar with the area you could pass the location. There’s no entrance off the service road.

My room had ants I reported it to management.

The staff was amazing! During a catastrophic outage state wide they always had a smile and were very helpful. We had got them donuts a couple of times when we would go and try and find some food. They were working so hard! They were very understaffed due to the statewide outage but they did it with a smile! I know some of the workers were in the same boat we were , with no power and water at home and those that could come to work through the ice and snow did. They are my heroes !

Nothing!!! Under the circumstances they went above and beyond my expectations!

It was close to where we were, right off the highway, clean, and easy to navigate! Our room had everything we possibly could have needed, and the amenities were lovely!

Element of Marriott Bonvoy is always a go to when traveling. Love the spacious rooms and modern feel.

Due to COVID, I was hoping guests would be more spread out. Hotel was basically empty but all of us guests that were there were all packed on the same floor, same hall. Very disappointed in that decision.
