I liked the restaurant in the hotel along with the giant lobby. I liked my room with a desk and multiple ports to connect my lap top and electronics. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The shower head in the bathroom was hard to adjust with the height. Also a removable shower head would be so helpful. The bed was not very comfortable, I could feel the springs through the mattress. I didn’t like that there is no room service to rooms. If you already have a restaurant in the hotel why not provide this service to guests that may want to relax in their rooms. Also there were no brochures on the restaurant with menu or hours or the small cafe in the lobby to see what they provide and when.

The customer service at this Marriott is unmatched. From the moment I walked in up until the moment I checked out. I was in town to run my first marathon and the entire staff showed such great enthusiasm and support! The bartenders and bar manager were absolutely fantastic. I traveled solo for this trip, but never once felt alone due to the amazing conversations had with these great people. They even prepared a custom pre race meal for me the night before the race. And the individuals at the front desk were so kind and checked in on me after the run and anytime I was in the lobby. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I don’t think I’ve ever met such kind hearted people all under one roof like I did here. Thank you all!

Nothing to complain about.

Lobby smells amazing! I want this scent. Kathy at the front desk is a fantastic employee. She was patient, calm and collected - even when the system went down and she had to wait for it to come back online.

Ordered room service. Asked for a pitcher of water or 4 ice waters. No water came. I’ve never ordered room service and not gotten water but I even asked for it. I also brought this up when our food came. He said that he’d check but bring some back. Never returned. 9/23 check 2262

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and rather comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

The swimming pool didn't look or feel very clean. You could see some dirt on the bottom and the water was cloudy. I wouldn't say breakfast is worth the money. I'd rather go to a breakfast place instead.

The location is close to the freeway and restaurants. For the walker or runner, this Marriott is a great choice.

Because of COVID, the usual Marriott breakfast was not served. The breakfast did not meet my expectations.

We liked the staff that gave us great service. Especially Sue who checked us in and continued made sure our needs were met,Zelatina who made sure we always had what we needed in our room. she was always nice and the man whose name I do not know who worked in maintenance who greeted us with a warm smile daily each time we saw him. These awesome people made our eleven day stay.......Great

The room was nice, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the indoor pool and working out in the fitness center. The entire hotel smelled wonderful and we enjoyed the complimentary citrus water. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

The property was very clean. The staff especially the at the Front Desk was extremely kind and accommodating to my special needs as I am handicapped and suffering from an earlier TBI. Desi and Suzanne were amazing and Suzanne was kind enough to engage in some very long, deep and drawn out conversations that typically lasted all through the night as I have PTSD and find it difficult to sleep. They both are truly assets to the Marriott Hotel Group and should be praised.

The property is well maintained, room was clean, staff was very pleasant, turn down service is completed daily, location was great and area felt safe.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel and/or location.

I love the cleanliness and the ambiance.

The manager! Her approach is not friendly. Also there’s no microwave available in the room and no one told us that we could request one even though we asked the staffs upon check in.
