Aloft Austin Round Rock

It was so clean and a breath of fresh air to travel to relax for spring break. So many activities downstairs for entertainment and the whole staff was amazing to the front desk to the house keeping. It was ten minutes from the kalahari resort we were down to Check out and all the best restaurants close by and the H‑E‑B.

Nothing to complain about.

the bar, pool table and everything looked completely modern and up to date especially when we even got to the room I wasn’t expecting a flat screen T.V with my name waiting for me lol. The lights in the room.

The room is very modern. The TV was bigger than most rooms I stay in.

There was no microwave in the entire motel. There was no clean linen service. I asked multiple times for towels as there was no maid service. The rooms are on the smaller side for the size motel.

I thought the value was very good, I did not feel as though I was overpaying at all. The staff was super friendly and nice, check out was exceptionally fast. The room was clean when I arrived and the items like soap/shampoo were fully stocked.

The layout of the room was a little odd, but it didn't particularly bother me. Some might really like it while some might not. The bathroom door did not lock, but that also wasn't a big deal. The biggest issue was how noisy the rooms were. The walls seemed very thin and I could hear nearby residents' conversations very easily and I could make out their words without them being muffled. This made me a little bit uncomfortable as I am sure the nearby residents could also hear all of my conversations.

Everything was better than expected! Beds are super comfy, a/c works great, little dining area in room like a little booth made for a romantic in room dinner, no one was at front desk at check in, but eventually another staff member came to help, great bar area with booths and pool table in lobby. Bartender working Saturday nite was very friendly and helpful. Very affordable room. Clean rooms and organized. Room had blow dryer and steamer. Showers have Bliss products pumps of body soap and a shampoo/conditioner. No microwave. Will definitely book again!

The only complaint is that the restrooms have a sliding door which keeps a little opening so the bathroom is at the head of the bed. Kinda weird looking up and could see almost see into the bathroom. Thin walls.

EVERYTHING! From its property cleaness, its hospitality, its accommodating, its customer service and the rooms were top notch. definitely a 10 out of 10!

Location was great and the rooms were very comfortable. Texas is having crazy weather right now to say the least, so check in was a bit chaotic I imagine from their standpoint but they went about it the best they could and for that I am forever greatful for them! The workers were pleasant. Will definitely use this line of hotels in the future! Above and beyond treatment for our community right now! Thank you!

this is my go to spot in Austin. I’m here at least once a month. everyone is friendly, rooms always clean. quick check in.

wish there were more food options or the bar open

I really liked the room, it was roomy. I like the bed, bathroom, great size. Clean room and loved the tile on the floor.

I can't say nothing bad

The staff was awesome! Joe made a point to not only acknowledge me when I entered... he would offer a resounding hello through the lobby if he were busy at the bar. Its the little extras that make it an amazing experience!

$10 continental breakfast and no other food options inside the hotel.
