Beautiful property. The room was well maintained.

Having to use bottled water was odd given this is a hotel and they absolutely should be able to maintain their well water. The beds were my biggest disappointment, but everyone’s tastes are typically different. The beds are very hard and thus my sleep wasn’t good. The one thing that I absolutely wasn’t ok with was that someone came into our room without knocking. I mentioned it at front desk, and they told me the only people on duty were management. Odd.

We really enjoyed how comfortable the rooms were, we loved the ambiance of the space it was really cozy while still spacious, the bartender was great. He helped us open a bottle of wine we took to our room, we didn’t get to enjoy the food but from the looks of it their menu was affordable. We absolutely loved the hot tub and the fire place so much so we wished it was open til at-least midnight. But overall our favorite part was how great and helpful the staff was. We had some car trouble and they were kind enough to give us a ride to the nearest towing company. we would definitely visit again. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The 2nd-floor corner room with balcony was superb, especially since the night was warm and beautiful to sit out there with a couple of cocktails and mother nature's soundtrack. The views of the mountain are great, and the setting to take a nice walk was perfect.

Unsure why, but the shower's water temp at 5pm was lukewarm. It was better at 10am the following morning, but not piping hot either. Otherwise, everything was great!

the rooms were newly renovated and very nice. the bed was extremely comfortable. we stayed on the third floor and our room had a sky light which we LOVED.

the indoor pool was pretty dirty. there was a ton of things floating around and the floor was slippery like it had a layer of something on it. there was nothing to put our things down on so we had to put our belongings on the floor which was also very dirty.

The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was good. The room temperature and balcony view were perfect. The overall accommodations met my expectations.

I wish the laundry room was actually in operation and since it wasn't that it was noted on the website. The pool was also under construction and should have been stated on the website. Access to ice without having to go to the front desk would also be great, as well as water bottles.

location was absolutely incredible, views were unparalleled elsewhere - including the stars at night. staff were very friendly, explained some of the teething issues the hotel is going through and were happy to make amends for it.

Room was clean and modern. They had "crime scene" tape on the doors to show which rooms the staff had cleaned, so we knew our room was clean when we entered. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Sal at the front desk was great.

Common areas and stairwells did not look clean. Lots of small debris everywhere. People were bringing in salt, snow, and sand on their boots, so I know why it was dirty. Felt understaffed which prevented them from cleaning up. Would have liked to see it clean when we left in the morning and when we went to dinner (roughly 8am and 6pm). Some areas felt like they weren't vacuumed during our 2 day stay.

The amenities were nice. Heated outdoor pool and fireplace.

I paid for a room with a double balcony which should have been around the back of the building with the mountain view (as per what was featured in the image when I booked) and I got a single balcony with the view of the parking lot ) the beds were very hard on my back but at least the pillows were very soft. Also they have no microwave in the rooms. Why a Fridge but no microwave baffles me!

The value and fact that the restaurants in the immediate area were opened a little later than other local areas made the experience more manageable as my work keeps me out a little late sometimes to get something to eat and drink.

Everything was excellent

The employees were friendly and very helpful. Very quaint and comfortable. Quiet area and a great place just to relax. Great place.

The hot tub was not hot. Has nothing to fo with the hotel but the restaurants close to early
