The Mountain Inn is very conveniently located to the ski area/summer slopes. Although we were there to sightsee throughout the area, we enjoyed walking over to the slope area to observe the outdoor activities, i.e., mountain bikers. The morning continental breakfast was ample and a great start to our day. Staff was friendly and maintained contact for our arrival via texting. Our room was ready for early check-in when we arrived at 1:30 p.m. which is always greatly appreciated.

We were on the second floor and occupants above us were active throughout the night. You could hear their footsteps through the ceiling. If we book again, we'll request 3rd floor/top floor. Otherwise, the room was updated and met our needs.

This inn has the perfect view of the mountain. It's very clean, and the continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The entire place is very cozy and spacious. They offer a lot of amenities such as pool, conference room, lounge area and there's even a restaurant in the building! To be honest, this was my favorite stay out of all the bookings I've had in the past. My husband chose this one and I'm very happy about it. I highly recommend this place. I'm definitely gonna stay here again 😊

We will never go anywhere else in Killington. This place is wonderful. We’ve been here twice and both times our stay was comfortable and relaxing. This trip we stayed in a room with a fireplace and a balcony facing Mt Killington. The view was beautiful and was only made better by the incredible singer/guitarist performing outside the distillery for the patrons of the restaurant. The property is clean, well-run and affordable. This will always be our first choice for a Killington getaway.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

The proximity to the mountain with the shuttle service can’t be beat. You never have to leave the property outside of skiing and you have everything you need: Bar, restaurant, lounge area, & dog friendly to boot! Everyone was so kind and accommodating and we would definitely return.

My one suggestion would be to add a hot item to the breakfast, even if there’s an option to purchase it. Long days of skiing need fuel in the morning, and a tray of scrambled eggs would really make all the difference.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed - I booked the location for the on site restaurant but I understand that they couldn't find the staff to support mid week restaurant openings. Easy walk to the ski resort and some nice walks around the ski resort. We were interested in the distillery which was also closed but the staff offered to do a tasting for us - we enjoyed the tastings and bought a few bottles.

I'll bet it's a lot more fun during the ski season.

It has very friendly staff It is very close to the mountain It has a great bus to take you the 500 yards to the slopes who collect you as soon as you call them! It has a very warm clean outside pool

I would have liked 4 pillows per double bed and coffee making facilities in my room. But, when I asked for more pillows they were delivered within 5 minutes and the coffee is on tap at the complimentary breakfast so neither were a real problem.

I loved the location right at the base of the mountain. Great views! The complementary breakfast was one of the best I've ever had- pastries, locally roasted coffee and other grab and go items were perfect. The distillery was right on site and the drinks we had were great.

We had one off-putting experience with an employee vs our pizza delivery driver- make sure the pizza delivery person is told to deliver to the front desk and not approach the outdoor restaurant area and you'll have no issues. Not our fault but the employee didn't seem to believe us that we did instruct him to go to the front desk in the order. Everyone else was wonderful and very friendly. Our waiter at the restaurant was a very cool friendly guy - handled many tables with grace and was still smiling and chatty.

The lodge is right next to the slopes and they have a free shuttle that runs all day so it doesn’t get much easier for skiing. The distillery/restaurant was super convenient and had great food.

Everything was very expensive for what you got, our tiny room was the same price as an all-inclusive resort I’ve stayed at before, and it was $30 for a gyro at the restaurant. That’s sort of to be expected for such a convenient location though.

We had a very nice dinner there. I'm glad that I called the restaurant to make a reservation 2 days earlier because it was already fully booked: however, the gentleman squeezed us for a 5:30 pm reservation which worked out perfect for us. Every single dish was prepared and cooked perfectly. 5 of us ate well and spent more than $300 but worth the money. Breakfast was a little problem. One of my sons does not eat anything sweet so there was nothing he could eat at "breakfast". All they offered was cups of yogurt or cups of cereal and some whole apple and orange. It would have been nice if they also offered some banana, but I truly wished that you had some cooked dishes such as eggs, hams, and so on. Their coffee tasted very good I loved it.

We drove 5 hours to get there and I called this place a few weeks prior and asked for the possibility of early check-in just in case our kids get tired sooner after skiing all day. I was told that yes it was possible. However, when we got there the gentleman at the front desk kept telling us that the rooms were not ready...I went up and knocked on the doors of the rooms where we were supposed to stay but there was nobody there cleaning or preparing. If they were not going to allow any early check-in then I wish they told us when I called and inquired about it. We ended up waiting in a car for 2 hours which was not pleasant.

The staff is wonderful, friendly and informative. The facilities are new, clean, comfortable and a stones throw away from the lifts. All the drinks and food from the restaurant were fantastic. The ability to bring your dog is HUGE plus, thank you for understanding pets are family too! Lastly, the outdoor heated pool is a lovely apres ski highlight! Cannot wait to return!

I cannot say one bad thing about this property.
