Summit Lodge

Amazing place and staff, the room is very clean and nice, it has old fashioned style and looks cute. They have a heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. For kids there are a lot of games. There is a bar so you can hang out at the pool sipping the cocktail after hiking , biking etc. Also in our stay we had a nice guitarist so we enjoyed his singing near the pool. In the morning you can enjoy continental breakfast ( pretty good one) - coffee, tea, serials, yogurt, fruits, bagels, cookies. We liked the place a lot, so we will come back here in winter for skiing.

everything was great! Of course I wish the rooms have a microwave and a fridge but the lack of this doesn’t not make the place worse!

The grounds are beautiful and there are lots of places to relax: by the pool, around the fire pit, or playing one of the many lawn games. We were surprised at how nice it was in summer, having known the area is most visited during ski season. There's also a pub and some indoor areas that we didn't get to. Very relaxing spot and conveniently located.

The room was small, but it was fine for a night or two. Plenty of other amenities made up for it.

Room was cozy and comfortable, bathroom stocked with fresh towels, shower provided soothing hot water, cable tv was easy to navigate. Hotel lobby provided a comfortable lounging area with a fireplace stocked with fresh cut wood that provided relaxation in an apres ski atmosphere. Hotel food services provided complimentary breakfast basics such a fresh fruit, juice, cereal and coffee to provide full meal and be able to ski all day without taking lunch. Irish restaurant and bar provided wholesome Irish food such as shepards pie, guiness stew, stout and red ale beers to enjoy in a comfortable atmosphere and provided television with winter olympic coverage. Staff and check in was friendly and courteous.

The check in hostesses were absolutely wonderful- from Ireland on a short break, but they knew so much about the area including good places to eat, as well as the ski resort. One of them even stayed at the hot tub and we had a wonderful chat. The real fireplaces were the best spot in the facility. Comfy sitting area and pub.

If you're not picky about rooms, you get what you pay for here- squeaky floors, outdated decor, and small bath, no tub.

We loved the hot tub, outdoor pool and the pub. We ate at the lodge every night. My kids enjoyed spending time playing games and entertaining themselves with other kids.

Our room was a bit small for the 4 of us, but we didn't spend much time in it.

You know that they want you to feel at home. The staff (especially Bri) was a big reason we stayed an additional night. The pub is awesome, good food and drink. We brought our drinks upstairs to the family area and played games.

The rooms definitely need an update. But they were cleaner than a lot of Corporate hotels. I have a new frame of mind now when choosing between a family owned lodge and a chain hotel. Hominess vs Cookie Cutter.

Pool, bar/pub, live music, overal a really fun place! I appreciated that they are trying hard to get the place to be accessible for wheelchair users, and that they quickly adapted to using different spaces to serve us dinner. The owner and staff were ver nice overall.

The room we wound up in wasn't as big as our other room making being in a wheelchair challenging. I wish the staff had alerted me to select the bigger of our two rooms. All the carpets need cleaning!

Wonderful location within a short walking distance of a great ice cream shop and a great restaurant. Plenty of parking at the lodge, staff was awesome, rooms clean. Next time will try the pub that is on-site. A nice continental breakfast was served on-site.

No complaints.

The Inn is close to various hiking paths in the area. While we did not go, the attached Irish Pub serves food till rather late (well, 9pm), with live music. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is not fridge in the room but you could get an ice bucket to chill your drinks (only allowed in the room :). Would be good if breakfast cutlery/ plates/ cups are reusable ones, and not in plastic.

absolutely everything beautiful place met wonderful beautiful people from all over America. as for the staff couldn’t fault them so professional each and everyone of them. Thank you all so much best holiday I’ve ever had xxx
