Location, heated pool

The air conditioner worked bad, it was too hot in the room. The stuff tried to adjust,but looks like it is a regular problem

The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival, and check in was a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable, it was more spacious than anticipated. I did appreciate that the rooms were quiet, you couldn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms.

I was disappointed that the lounge/bar was closed even though there was a Spartan Race event being held and they were clearly quite filled. Having had a dining and drinking option at my hotel rather than having to leave after a day of being on the mountain would have been greatly appreciated. I understood that they are "off season" however with an event being held at Killington hosting thousand of people, you would think the hotel would have bar and restaurant facilities open.

I was very happy with my stay and would definitely return. I asked for a room on the top floor and was accommodated. Room had all the amenities I wanted - TV, AC, refrigerator, microwave. Plenty of towels for my needs. No coffeemaker but decent coffee was provided in the morning. Everything clean, comfortable, and in good working order. Very little outside noise made it to my room which pleased me immeasurably. Overall I’d say it was a good value by today’s (far too high) prices.

stayed here for MLK weekend in Killington. Highly recommend due to the location and the heated outdoor pool. It's right next to The Foundry at Summit Pond restaurant, which I highly recommend for dinner. also we got the complementary shuttle from the pickle barrel (nightclub/bar for live music, great during holiday weekends), and at the end of the night we just walked back to the hotel instead of waiting for an uber. temperature at the heated outdoor pool was great. fair price . spacious room for 4

My wife and I have bad arthritis and have problems getting around. Our room was on the top floor which meant we had to walk up and down stairs daily. We asked Becky at the front desk if she could put us in a different room that we wouldn’t have to use the stairs. At without even batting a eye she gave us a different room that was actually a upgraded room from what we had. It made our trip that was going good to perfect, first time we have ever been to Killington and after the way we were treated at North Star Lodge and Resort we cannot wait to get back!! Thank you for making our stay perfect!!

nothing everything perfect

Check-in was very smooth and fast. We were able to check-in early which was great for us because we had an event to get to before check in time.

It may have just been who was staying on our floor at the time but all night long we were hearing doors slam and knocking on doors. The bed wasn't super comfortable but we were just staying the night so it worked for what we needed it for.

Bartender was friendly and helpful. Decent price and location, and rooms were a good size.

A little dated, cardboard for toilet paper, and beds were a little stiff. Room temp was set to 78 when we arrived, about 10 degrees to high for winter.

Heated pool, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, play area with lots of games and things to do. Big room for 4 adults and 2 kids, even the sofa bed was comfortable. The view from the room is so lovely in fall, which I did not expect. Overall the hotel was very lovely and cozy. Would love to come back.

It’d be great if they offer breakfast even at an extra cost.

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a great view of the Superstar Glacier. The mini fridge & microwave made accommodations even easier and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the coffee bar in the morning even though the dining area/lounge was closed for the season.

I always prefer a good shower head with some pressure and while this one was not as bad as others, it could have been better.

The facilities were clean, everyone was pleasant

When we checked in at midnight and went to our room the heat was unbearable. Temp in room was 78 and thermostat was set at 55. We were tired so we went to sleep. Advised them of the issue in the morning and went skiing. Upon return to our room there was no change. Still unbearably hot so we turned on the wall air conditioner and let the 2 systems fight it out all night.
