The staff was excellent. The size of the room was awesome. It was great to have a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.
The room was very nice; however, around the vent in the bathroom ceiling looked a little green, not sure what the green stuff was but other than that, all was well. Also, the ceiling in the room would really benefit from a touch of white paint. Room number was 106.

I love how friendly the staff was! Also the room was very neat! Although I drove 5 hours to get there I had somewhere to be the room wasn’t quite ready at the beginning of check in time. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable. Only suggestion I would offer is to replace the sleep sofa mattress. It’s very dated and probably hold lots of germs

the doors were locked when we arrived unfortunately we weren’t getting in until after midnight. the receptionist could have bee more welcoming, didn’t provide us any information on internet, breakfast, etc.

We enjoyed the location and staff was very pleasant.
Our 1st room was over taken by small ants probably due to not being cleaned properly! We found a piece of chicken that had been under the sleeper sofa for a while and the 2nd room had no balcony. The balcony is why we actually choose this hotel in the first place.

That after the initial 3 nights I booked originally was a very fair price. The 3 nights Xtra I stayed cost almost $100 more, seems like giving a better deal to keep a guest longer would be a normal practice

The location was great. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.
When you arrive early before your time, you would not be able to check in until 3pm. I think the process should change, especially when you have traveled long distance with a baby.

We had called ahead and requested two queen size beds an told them what time we would be there and they did not have the two beds promised - we had one king size bed and had to use the sleeper sofa which was very uncomfortable.
