Residence Inn by Marriott Chesapeake Greenbrier

The location was great, rooms were perfect for what my family needed, and the morning breakfast was a great comfort to have. Additionally, I need to unexpectedly extend my stay, and the staff were a real help in making that happen.

In the first room, the shower water was either fridges cold or boiling hot. Luckily my second room, the shower had no issues.

comfortable and quiet there were lots of guests but I only heard them when I was out and about — room totally quiet shower was great !! great water pressure loved it!!!

the room 101 I was in — the cabinets in the kitchen were sticky — looks like tried to paint with a refinishing product that didn’t dry correctly— made it feel icky….

Location was good. The kids loved the indoor pool. My husband and I like the nice little gym. The bed rooms were little small but nice to have bathroom in each room. The stuffs were extremely nice and the pool table and the reading area was nice!

The back of the toilet seat was not clean... There was no sponge in the kitchen, and there was no paper towel.

The hotel was nice and clean and all the accommodation meet our standards

There was a new manager that over charge us by mistake but he said he corrected it but when it was time to check out there was a problem with straighten it out the manager at the desk had us there a hour waiting to get everything straighten out before we could leave that the First manager said he corrected. We ended us missing our dad going back home because of this we where on a time schedule.

staff associate( Tara) was very professional and very knowledgeable. check-in was a breeze with her and her explanation about the property and the available services was on point. Great stay!!! 10 out of 10. 👍🏽👍🏽

it was very expensive, I’m guessing because of the SITW festival.

Great location, clean hotel, quiet rooms, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. lovely gym. Loved that they had a basketball 1/2 court and a girl and patio area. I can't brag enough about the staff. from the morning crew to the night crew they were super friendly and customer service oriented.

Check-in so at 4pm and check-out is at 11am, I've stayed at other properties down the street from here and check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.. so I kind of got ripped off 2 hours. -_-. The pool was closed for repairs, better planning on the facilities manager would be beneficial so they can get those repairs done during the fall or winter. We booked this hotel to celebrate my son's 15th b-day and part of the celebration was going to be him and his 2 cousins swimming there. My other small issue was the dishwasher in the room didn't drain all the way, so the dishes were not properly cleaned, I had to re-wash them but it wasn't such a big deal.

Everything that comes in a sealed bag makes the bread kinda soggy Wish they served waffles or French toasts

The beds were very comfortable, even the furniture in the room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would prefer more grab and go options, but that is only my preference.

The location, indoor pool, and basketball court… it was for my sons 8th bday and that’s all he wanted to do was swim and play basketball… (and ears pierced)

The sofa bed is horrible.. well at least the one I was on…

The food was great. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facilities and options for entertainment were wonderful. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Worth the money.
