Delta Hotels by Marriott Chesapeake Norfolk

bed was very comfortable, room nice & big, a/c cooled the room very well, cleansiness was excellent the room, hotel,lobby,restaurant and elevator was spacious not small or cramp. service was very nice. i requested a microwave in my room after finding out there wasn't one in there and they brought one to me with no extra charge. Now that was a plus

If they could've have a different breakfast meat the next day instead of the same meat mabe like bacon, sausage links the next day instead of the same sausage patties

Comfort was great, bathroom was a-ok (nice shower, big countertop), room chair was adequate

Chairs are often not very good in hotel rooms. This one was adequate but what I really want is an armchair soft enough to flop doiwn in without jolting my back. I want arms to help me get out of the chair. I want a side table with lamp and charger for my phone--I dont want to have to twist around in the chair to use the lamp or table. I want a footrest or hassock.

Easy and quick check in by Lovey who was very helpful and friendly! The room was very quiet. For being on the first floor we heard no noise / footsteps coming from the room above us. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was very good!

Most definitely the cleanliness of the rooms and property, they had alcohol pads to wipe your phone and remotes in the rooms! The bed was comfortable, best bed yet! Me and my boyfriend book alot of rooms and thus far this is the best facility yet! Shower was hot too. I loved the customer service, I should have gotten his name, he was the friendliest guy ever, good customer service is important the face of Delta, he is awesome! Check was fast, one and done.

The only thing was no microwaves in the rooms, was an inconvenience to walk downstairs to the lobby to warm up food, especially being in relax mode, or late night hunger and gotta put on clothes and ride an elevator and warm up food and go back to your rom. In the future I hope this changes.

The cleanliness. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The comfort was awesome. I slept really well.

Everything was ok except for the shower. It's not really made for someone overweight. A lot of people are overweight and would have a hard time getting into the shower. The door doesn't open very far. Also, the only thing I seen for double bed rooms were full size. My husband and I are both heavy set and it's hard to sleep in the same bed.

Only thing that might be a problem with some people is feather pillows But they were very nice Bring plug in for phone charging No ports for charging

We like the location, good bar in the lobby with good food, friendly staff

It’s not our first time in this place but first time the towels were terrible: looked very old and worn out. Didn’t expect that at all!

I like the size of the room and the cleanliness of the bathroom especially. The view was really nice and The large windows were great for natural lighting which I love! The lunch meal I ordered was good and well made. The staff were nice and the hotel overall was very beautiful.

I could hear children running in the hallway in the morning and slamming of guest doors which was startling and disturbing to me.

I love staying here if anything is wrong the staff takes care of us right away and they always show the utmost respect for us you will not be disappointed staying at the Delta

There was an issue with the bathroom and the AC unit and the staff moved us right away and apologized

Great location, restaurant/lounge on premises had good food. Staff helped change my room as I am disabled and needed a walk-in shower

The elevators. Only 2 for all these rooms. They are very slow.
