The staff were excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Saying good morning and greeting us or asking how we were every time they saw us was so nice and caring. They are short staffed so waiting for a scheduled room cleaning kept us out of our room for most of the day looking for things to do. Bed was comfortable and this is very important as a traveler with chronic lower back issues. It was also quiet. We were never disturbed with neighbor noises. The refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer were very clean and in good working order; Never had a problem with them. The a/c and fan worked well also. It kept our room environment pleasant for the changing weather. The breakfast was ok. It came in handy when we ran low on our purchased breakfast products. The gym was clean and the equipment was in good working order which I used almost daily. A good supply of clean weights, floor mat, and ample floor space for stretching and yoga. Each treadmill and elliptical machine has it's own screen for streaming news or shows which was fun.

I didn't like the fact that reporting a kitchen sink leak three times didn't get resolved while there; waiting for our scheduled room cleaning; only one washer available to use since the second one was out of order. For this size of a hotel, there should be more washer/dryers for customer use. We enjoy coffee a lot! The room has a coffee maker using pods that I had to double up on to make one cup. Not very flavorful but it worked ok. We usually bring our own coffee grounds so we prefer a regular hotel sized coffee pot which are the small ones. The staff were so understanding about this and freely gave us more coffee pods to use.

It smelled amazing when I walked in the lobby. Check-in was very fast and friendly.

I did not like that I was not able to use the pool because another family was having a birthday party. They were taking up all of the tables and chairs and we’re being very loud and rowdy. I left and came back two hours later and they were still there so I’ll returned to my room. As I was leaving to go out later that night probably eight hours after I initially went to the pool, the family was coming up the elevator and wet bathing suits. My son and I did not get to use the pool at all.

Really nice facility. It wasn't all brand new but was all good quality and in good shape, and clean and comfortable throughout. Very friendly and nice staff. The breakfast was great! In this age of Covid and pre-packaged everything, this was freshly cooked egg, potato and 2 breakfast meat options on both mornings we were there. And ... actual plates and silverware instead of styrofoam and plasticware! Love that!

There was a thermostat on the wall of our room but it was not functional. The heating/cooling was controlled on the HVAC unit that was in the "living space" of the room, pretty far away from the bed. It took a long time for the temperature adjustment to actually reach us in bed.

The breakfast was good; the person running the breakfast did a good job. The location is great, next to the Greenbriar Mall.

The toilet needs to be adjusted. I got it to work by adjusting the chain, but it could use some work by a plumber probably.

The check-in process could have been better, we waited an hour before we could check in because the desk clerk said we had only one room, and would not accept the confirmation for two rooms on the booking.com app. So I had to call bookings.com. Thanks for being there to answer my call.

I loved how big the rooms were, the bedroom and the living room, and how clean everything was.. the kitchen was the star of the show, Full size refrigerator, Silverware, paper towels, dishwasher, etc. it truly felt like an apartment home away from home.

The only problem I had (very small problem) was that it was pretty easy to get turned around in the building.. there are hallways jutting out in every direction looking exactly the same but there are barely any signs to direct you to what you're looking for. My suggestion would be to add some signs hanging from the ceiling pointing towards the lobby and other amenities, and also on each exit door display which parking lot it leads to cause there are like a dozen different exit doors (very conveniently placed) but just needs more labels so you know where you are in the building

Due to circumstances we only received a bagged breakfast. It was very nutritional. The room was clean and the location of the room was awesome.

The hallways were not very clean. It was hard to tell when the last time they were vacuumed.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.

The Shower has rust on the bottom inside of the doors. Appeared clean but when you see that it needs repaired it makes you feel like it wasn't as clean as it could be. I also wish the smoking section was away from the front door. I am not a smoker and it is very offensive to walk through a cloud to get in or out.

Staff was extremely inviting and accommodating. The room was very large and had all the amenities we needed to make us feel right at home.
