The room was spacious, clean , the bed was soft and I didn't think it would be comfortable because I have back issues when it's too soft, however I will say that the bed was very comfortable and we had no issues.

Even though there was a sofa bed in the room which provided sitting, the desk chair was also there, you need to consider seniors over 65+ because an additional chair would have been nice especially with 2 senior women or couple, the person sleeping in the bed by the window bed needed a small chair i.e. straight back chair or similar to the desk chair to use

This location was great. The daily breakfast was very good. I was pleased with the selection especially since it came with the room. I couldn't have had a better breakfast going out to eat. The staff was very friendly. Someone can by the table each morning and asked was everything alright. The breakfast was hot. The facility was clean. I will definitely stay again.

My refrigerator got so cold until my drinks were frozen even with it on low. Had some noise on my end but maybe because I was not far from the door. So that of course made it difficult to go to sleep.

The breakfast was okay. I would have liked my eggs cooked to order and found the eggs in the chafing dish dry and overcooked. But breakfast was okay overall.

The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken and any housekeeper who had cleaned the room should have noticed this and reported it before the room was to be occupied by the next guest. There was not enough bathcloths or towels in the room. When I brought these issues to the staff, our needs were met immediately.

The staff is amazing! They were so accommodating with every request. We were there for an out of town wedding, and our son also celebrated his birthday while we were there. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel so special. A special shout out to Jovie who hand wrote my son a birthday card and gave him a special treat. The entire staff really made us feel like family while we were there with our family. Thank you!

The breakfast was good. I was able to finesse it so my vegetarian 8 yo could it. He really enjoyed his croissant and oatmeal with his juice!

Check in was a little weird. I was charged another fee after getting there. It was told it would be released after we checked out. I wasn't aware of this but agreed because it was somewhere in my contract.

The exterior of the hotel, interior common spaces, and our room were all beautifully clean. Despite being VERY full with some large parties of children and young folks, we had no problems with noise. Breakfast was busy, but quickly replenished. The french toast and pancakes were exactly right. The toaster could use an upgrade, but that's hardly a complaint. The kids loved the variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, and juices. Plus, snack bars. At no time was the breakfast area or dining area even slightly messy. Staff was 100% two thumbs up. At all times, pleasant and helpful. We were frustrated by not being able to get some pillows replaced our first night, but we checked in late and I can hardly be mad that they had run out of the synthetic pillows. And they remedied the problem promptly in the morning for our next night. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and hardworking the staff was. The hotel is ideally located off the highway and adjacent to anything you could possibly want (we got Kyoto for dinner one night and while it was very busy, worth the wait). Our kids LOVED LOVED LOVED the small indoor pool. It was impeccably clean, 76F water temp with a high air temp so my small 5 yo's enjoyed it for more than an hour. They also enjoyed going to the Fun Forest playground at Chesapeake city Park which was just a 10 min drive.

Let none of this sound like a criticism because we were happy with our stay, but for the purpose of information: The fit and fixtures are starting to show their age - wired internet isn't helpful for most - there was wifi but it wasn't the fastes, bathroom was a small shower with some visibly repaired tile. And the lighting was uninspired in the room, adequate, but institutional. Bed was supportive and firm but not super delux. Bed was made with a mix of synthetic and feather bedding which was not expected. Elevators were SLOW. Like SLOW SLOW. Parking was easy and ample.

Our room was a good size for our family needs.

There was an extremely loud party going on in the main lobby after 10pm, which made for a noisy environment to sleep in. The pool area was very slippery, even with swim shoes. Not enough towels in stocks for patrons. Glad we brought our own.

The staff greeting me as I walked was helpful nice and explained the details in full. They facilities were extremely clean. My bed was super soft. I didn't even walk up for breakfast.

Nothing. I love this spot. I will definitely book again

Breakfast was offered, prepackaged because of Covid-19 which is fine, it’s something to get the day going! I traveled with my family and we were a pretty big family and the hotel accommodated us and gave us rooms beside each other which was very nice. Hotel staff were great, room was clean but of course i brought my own Lysol! Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Service from housekeeping could’ve been quicker . Didn’t have many washcloths and towels . But understand the circumstances so this is not a complaint .

The room was spacious and comfortable, very well located too, near to restaurants and not too far from VA beach. The breakfast was also quite delicious! A nice variety of food

I asked to store luggage before check-in. After being told there was somewhere to store it, I was then indicated to leave it at reception in the lobby with an unpleasant attitude. Otherwise, the staff was very kind.
