Blue Ridge Mountain Bed and Breakfast exceeded our expectations for our stay! It was a very unique experience and we felt as though David and Darlene were dear friends that we had known forever! It was like going to visit friends who we had known, moved away from and gone to visit. The BNB itself was super comfortable and clean. It was, by no means, bougie or fancy, but clean and a comfortable place to rest your head. The breakfast was delicious and eggs were fresh and straight from their chickens! Delicious fruit and bacon as well! They will accommodate your needs here with absolutely no problem. It was very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, making it an ideal location to stay. Dining out in the nearby town was also a great experience! David and Darlene are knowledgeable about dining locations. We chose an Italian place and the food quality, portions and prices were incredible! If you do stay here be sure to bring any leftovers you may have but won’t be able to keep and they will feed it to their chickens. We didn’t know that, but had lots of food leftover from our dinners. I would highly recommend Blue Ridge Manor BNB , if you’re looking for the kind of experience I’ve described! Enjoy!

The breakfast was delicious. We never ate Grits and they did and were really good.

The attention for Mr. David was really nice and he made us feel really comfortable and welcome. His wife wasn't so friendly, I gave thank and told her the breakfast was delicious and she didn't answer. the same when we saw her in the morning barely answer to us Good Morning. We never saw her again. But the welcoming of Mr. David made our day really good. They know already, but it's important to have more road signs, at night is very dark and difficult to find the place.

Everything was wonderful. The innkeeppers were very sweet. The setting and the views were gorgeous! The atmosphere was very comfortable. The room was very well appointed and the bed was wonderful.

The private bath was actually located across a hallway from the bedroom at the top of the stairway which gave no privacy going between the bedroom and bath. Perhaps a curtain across the top of the stairs would give more privacy. This is the only reason I did not rate our stay a perfect 10!

Lovely home from home B&B with friendly owners. Our room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great and freshly made. The huge collection of DVDs that you could watch in your room was a real bonus too, especially after a long day when you just want to chill. We had a lovely stay there and would definitely recommend.

Our bathroom was just across the landing which was not really an issue as still private as ours was the only room up the stairs and it was very clean, but as a suggestion, maybe a curtain could be positioned at the top of the stairs just to give a little more privacy just incase someone is walking around downstairs when you want to pop to the loo at night etc. But that is really picky. Slightly further from the Blue Ridge parkway than we thought but well worth it.

This is our first time to stay at a B&B. Meeting the other guests and the conversation with the host family was a great experience.

We're early risers, so waiting for the automatic coffee pot to make coffee or waiting until 9:00 for breakfast was a bit inconvenient; but it was still workable. Probably the most frustrating thing was trying to figure out the television remotes. There were four remotes. I have the same problem at my home! Finding the right remote was an issue. I was eventually able to figure it out; but that's not a thing I enjoy.

Breakfast was absolutely fabulous both mornings. Darlene is a a wonderful hostess as well as her husband Dave. She gave great suggestions for places to eat, things to do..... This was our first BNB experience and did not know what to expect. It totally was far above and beyond what we imagined. Cleanliness was exceptional. We loved the country setting....the chickens and dogs. The inn is beautiful. We loved the Christmas tree and decor in August.....our room and private bath were spacious and most comfortable. We could not have had a luxury hotel room for the price we paid.

A little difficult to find in the dark.

Our stay here was amazing! The hosts were super friendly and the suggestion of going to the Ol' Farmer for dinner was a great one, we really enjoyed it. The beds were super comfortable and I loved seeing all the animals.

The breakfast was super tasty but we probably could have gone for a slightly bigger portion, we had a long drive ahead of us so probably could've eaten more!

The hosts were wonderful and very attentive to our questions and needs. We were made to feel a part of their family and met other members of their family. Although the location is far, far away from anything else it was good to have the isolation from the rest of the world. Loved the chickens as well as the dogs. Breakfast was fantastic. Kinda of hated to leave.

I would have say nothing but........ Everything was perfect except for one thing. On our last night the owner mowed her yard. I didn't know it at the time but the mower blew an excessive amount of wet grass onto our car. It actually got jammed in the front grill of the car and it took two trips to the car wash to get out. All the owner had to do was asked if i would move my car and I would have gladly. That would have merited a perfect stay.

Decor in our room was cute. Room was clean and cozy. Hosts were friendly. Breakfast was awesome!!! We were afraid we were lost when getting there but loved the surroundings once we arrived!

It was a little far back into town for dinner. Other than the distance, we loved our stay and would stay again!!

Cozy and quiet environment, friendly and welcoming hosts. The breakfast was great. If you like staying in a farm like location in the middle of a great landscape you are right here.

The drive to the facility is a little challenging and has some off-road elements to it. There is not a lot in the close neighborhood. So, you will need to drive to the next restaurant or shop for quite a while.
