Quality Inn Mount Airy Mayberry

The breakfast was wonderful better than in some.

Friendliness of staff; cooperation from the owner (my friend need to wash his motorcycle after riding in the rain); and sitting by the pool area relaxing. The location of the facility was also convenient with it only being 2 miles away from downtown "Mayberry" and a plethera of eating establishments near by.

This is subjective being a personal preference, so take it with a grain of salt. Being a personal preference, I would like for the breakfast to have more nutritional items such as eggs, breakfast meats, milk, and a greater selection of fruit. Please understand, this not a criticism, but only a suggestion if management chooses to offer more to the clientele.

The room was very comfortable. We had a king bed, sofa and chair that all were comfortable.

The breakfast was not that good. There was no hot water to make the oatmeal. There was no bread, no bagels, no pastries and no meat choice. Had to go across the parking lot to Waffle House

The property was very very clean. My son is a smoker. We were looking for a hotel where he could smoke. I felt very safe there. It was well lit at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. It’s an older property but very well-maintained. Very clean. Very good value for the money. It exceeded my expectations. They also have pet friendly rooms and the staff seemed extremely nice. And professional.

Convenient location, close to restaurants & shopping. The staff is friendly & helpful. The King non-smoking room was reasonably priced & clean. A/C unit was quiet & functional, small appliances too. Breakfast was buffet style, typical selections.

There's nothing to complain about. It represents a good , clean, family safe environment. Comfortable, reasonably priced with good accomodations.

Location to downtown Mr. Airy was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was provided but had to be taken to your room as dining room was not open.

Nothing major. Just maybe a toilet paper holder in the bathroom . There was only one trash can in the room. Nice to have one in the bathroom or sink area. But no complaints others than those minor issues.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is very close to restaurants and attractions. Room was quiet could not hear anything outside or other guests.

There was a few hair's in the country gravy at breakfast. Luckily noticed before eating.

Breakfast was simple, but good. Juice machine broke. My wife didn't have anything she wanted to drink day two. Staff were friendly, although they were dealing with callouts and what not

Ice machines are hard to find

We were impressed with the updates done with the room. Room was very clean upon arrival. Front desk girls were friendly and nice. Glad the pool was open!! Price was good for room.

We had NO housekeeping services during our entire stay!! We collected trash till we couldn't take it anymore, and got a large trash bag from the front desk, as well as we had to get fresh towels and washcloths from the front desk also. We filled the trash bag, and emptied our own.

I loved everything about this hotel there's nothing i didn't like. Samantha at the front desk was exceptional very professional and fast check in. The housekeeping was amazing the room was beautiful and very clean the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. I will definitely stay here again when coming to this wonderful town. Thank u Quality INN for making my stay exceptional. They treated us like family. U all should be so proud at how the staff run this place.
