Location was great, quite, and close to restaurants, etc. Restaurant (Jake's) on-site was good also although they are closed on Monday's.

Sheets on the beds need to be upgraded. We never received a text regarding what room we were staying in or provided the code to the door keypad. After about 20 minutes we found someone in housekeeping to help us (luckily someone was still at the facility). We tried calling the number provided and no one called us back. A better system for weekend check-in is needed.

Breakfast was not included. Several restaurants nearby for meals.

We tried to play a game of bean bags but the bags had not been stored in a weather-proof container. Most of the bags had holes and the beans were falling out. Simple attention to detail would have made all the difference. Also, there is no on-site check-in staff. The room code is texted at check-in time. This procedure was not made clear in the reservation. The employee I eventually reached by phone to inquire about check-in curtly told me "That's how we do it here."

It was a nice clean set up. Remote entry so it was very easy to access. I never had to see any staff so I'm not sure how they are but the whole place was nice and clean!

It was a Sunday check in and I asked for a little bit early of a check in and working in the industry myself, I know they can IF THEY WANTED to so I didn't like that. Only other thing was they were going to allow my dog to come but I ended up not taking him and they would not return the fee. I get that a pet fee is not refundable when the pet stays but when it doesn't, the money should be returned.

Comfortable, clean room. Nice to be by the lake and watch the wildlife around it.

Not specifically their fault but, no staff on site and we had real problems on our uk mobile phones connecting to US numbers. As they required us to phone on arrival to get a code for the room this caused us issues - resolved eventually by a friendly cleaner making the call for us. I had messaged via email and booking.com over 24 hours ahead to ask for code but not received.

Great location. The Inn has a beautiful lakeside patio area and it was very peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. It is also nice that there is a good restaurant on the property.

There were a few small maintenance items, e.g. lights not working on the stairs down to the rooms in the back of the building and a leaky shower faucet.

The resort was perfect. The room was clean, the views were amazing, and the staff was extremely kind. The location was absolutely ideal for food, fun, and relaxation. I took three teenage girls and they had a blast and were asking when we could come back as we were leaving. Thank you for an amazing time.

There was nothing that did not meet or exceed my expectations.

Very clean with a beachy touch by the lake. Bed was comfy. Nice grill and fire pit area with lake view.

Only 1 channel to watch. Tv and stove very outdated! Needs a little more lighting driving up to the Inn. Signage/directions were a little difficult to follow. Getting ice with a cooler was a extremely difficult going back up steps.

The accommodations were clean and adequate for our needs. The view of the lake area, even for the off-season, was pleasant. The check-in process was also simple once I received the instructions for accessing and parking.

Maybe more instructions earlier in the process of booking. I wasn't clear on arrival/check-in protocol and the chat messaging was vague up until the day before.

Location and beaches were nice! Cabin was quaint and well stocked with kitchen items. The Inn bedroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable.

The upstairs part of cabin with the two twin beds should be noted as a "kids room". We had 2 adults staying up there and it was too tight. You can not stand up and have to crawl to your beds.

Great location with a great restaurant on site. Restaurant hostess were very nice and accommodating to us and friends.

Parking for large SUBURBAN SUV is kind of narrow and small in front of rooms (I got a door dent cost me $175 to have it fixed) next time I will park farther out from in front of room.
