had a hard tine getting from the train station to the hotel. Could not reach the hotel to get service, no phone number to the hotel. had to go through a third party. really was upsetting coming in at night and no one to contact. Luckly, a car service meets the train when it comes in, otherwise I would have been stuck at the train station alone at night..

The stay was great 👍🏾 our room was spacious the breakfast and delicious.

I didn't like that I itched from my head to my legs in bed. Not sure if it's the detergent used I took 1 benadryl before I went to bed and 2 more at 2 am that morning.😔 So I didn't get much sleep as I wished.

I liked everything about the hotel. The rooms were clean and the hallways were peaceful. The returant had a mini menu with the best choice food items. The chef was amazing. The sitting area was nice for my daughter and her teammates to sit down and regroup from thier games. My husband enjoyed the bar, food.and the big screen TV downstairs. The location was the best!

The hotel was exceptional clean. The restaurant food was great. The space was perfect for my family of three. The staff members were very helpful.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to where we wanted to be in the area. Had stayed there several years ago.

Wasn't informed we had to request our room to be refreshed. Had dinner in the restaurant and don't know if short staffed or what, but my dinner arrived 20 minutes after my husband's. We did not do breakfast there.

Front desk staff was very helpful & friendly. Rooms were very clean & beds were super comfortable. Had a fantastic view of some fountains which were decorated for Christmas. Great atmosphere. We never did try breakfast here or the restaurant at all so can not speak of the food. Will definitely stay again.

with the high price for a room for one night or more and it doesn’t have a real spots bar feel some people like to be able to do everything at there stay eat,drink, and watch some sports at a nice bar

Absolutely great rate for the week spent here! Love the facility and room! Hope to come back again and hopefully score such a great rate again.

I really don't have anything that comes to mind. Everything was adequate. I do believe the breakfast could be a bit more inexpensive.

So after the first night- we woke up to an uncomfortable situation in room 230- our adjoining room -neighbors were having a intimate moment abd it was loud. It was inaapropriate- went to front desk and the gentleman on New Year’s Day morning duty was fabulous and transferred me and my daughter to room 1030. After he saw us depart to start our day- he and I locked eyes and gave me a thumbs up to make sure we were ok! I will be back just for that service and smile! All is forgotten as we had a blast! Mom daughter trip!!!

Awesome staff, wonderful reception/welcoming. Employees are genuinely happy and kind.

Room could have been cleaner, housekeeping should pay closer attention to detail when cleaning.

The room was in much better shape than my previous visit. The location is just right for my visits to the area.

Still wish the bar were open more often, and that they had an internal walkway to the parking garage so I didn’t have to go outside and around the corner.
