I booked this trip at the very last minute but the price, location, cleanliness, & exceptional customer service made my stay that much pleasant.

There was one older janitorial man that spoke inappropriately to children when they were not with an adult. For example, my 12 yr old child was leaving the pool area at approximately 9pm, headed to our room, and this staff member scolded my SON about putting on a shirt before he's arrested.

It was okay could have offered a little more than eggs,sausage and waffles as hot food.

The booking online stated a twin bed would be included with the queen bed since there were 3 of us in the room. Asked at the front desk wherever the bed was I was supposed to have and she stated we don't have that here. I showed her the reservation request online and she couldn't believe what she saw that it said bed included. She called housekeeping and got a foldaway bed with no problem.

It was so nice that we were able to check in a little early. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful! We weren't able to try the breakfast due to time constraints. After a good night's sleep we needed to go to the hospital without breakfast. But it appeared that many guests who stayed at the Hampton Inn were able to enjoy the breakfast. The Hampton Inn was conveniently located across the street from the hospital.

The tv remote control wasn't working well but we managed. And the water flow in the toilet tank seemed to be running a lot. It was a little noisy.

Excellent accommodations and the free breakfast was a delicious bonus! The front desk staff valued the customer and they were customer oriented!

No discount for military veterans like some of the other area hotels. When I asked, they said you have to be active duty on orders.

had to change rooms late due to water at sink would not turn off. The area was good due to the visit, the price was high for a one night stay.

I was getting away for an evening and when I arrived the friendliness of the staff allowed m to know that I made the right choice on where I stayed. The comfort of the bed was outstanding. If there ever is a need to get away like that again, I will come back

staff was exceptionally courteous and my room was on the first floor near the front and my parking was right outside my window being that I’m a disabled veteran

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean!! Actually the place as a whole was so clean and inviting, just great vibes ♥️ The entire staff was very friendly and professional! 👍🏽

There was nothing not to like!

We were greeted by Mario at the front desk. It was so refreshing to finally have someone like Mario to greet you at a hotel stay. He was friendly, up beat, and competent. Having a staff member like Mario made you feel like you were staying in a world class resort. Hats off to Mario!😊😊

We enjoyed our stay however the trash can at the lobby when you first arrived could have been attended to. It was full the evening we arrived and overflowing by morning.
