The staff is helpful and friendly. Quiet for being on a main highway. Always a good/wonderful stay.

Ive stayed at this location several times over the past few years, and have always had good stays. However this time my 5 year old son found a Naloxone (used primarily for heroine overdoses) wrapper under the bed. Im not putting blame on anyone, but i would recommend the housekeeping staff to do a more thourogh cleaning. I wouldnt want a small child to find any narcotics if there were to be any overlooked. And lastly the breakfast selection was lacking some this time. Maybe add cereal and milk back to the line up?

Very nice front desk staff was helpful, room was clean and a good breakfast.

Bed very high and hard to get in off, we used the pool there was wires coming out of inside of the pool from the light laying out side on walkway of pool . Ice machine not working

Nothing Fancy. Clean and in a good proximity to our event. Staff was very pleasant. Enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. Just what we needed. A clean place to relax and get some sleep. We'd definitely stay there again!

Could have used a hot breakfast, the decent options outside the hotel at 6:30 am were minimal. Maybe that wasn't this hotels jam. Not sure anything really needs to change. I don't think the hotel is going for being super fancy and that's what we were looking for: Clean and comfy.

I liked that the hotel was 27 miles away from the camping groups that I am attending for church event. Also. I would recommend this hotel because it is clean and the staff are very helpful when you need something. I would definitely come again.

the pool was open but pool was freezing and hot tub was broke, we got this hotel for the kids but turned out we could not use it broken. so the kids had nothing to do, and we paid more at this hotel to have that it was disappointing

Due to the pandemic breakfast was limited to wrapped pastries, coffee and juice. Appreciate that the hotel at least offered breakfast instead of skipping it altogether

When we checked in we asked for a room on an upper floor away from the elevator. When we went up to our room it was directly across from the elevator. We had to go back to the desk and ask to be moved. The second room was away from the elevator but right above the hotel entrance. We were afraid it would be noisy but the hotel is actually pretty quiet.

I enjoyed that staff greeted with upon leaving with breakfast and warned it up for us during the time of us packing the car to leave for hour event. We were leaving early and she greeted up with such high sprits I loved it.

I know restriction were beginning to be lifted but their wasn't a sign requiring them to be covered up. I in the medical field and I just felt as if costumers and staff should had wore mask.

the on going renovations are absolutely fantastic. the new room schemes are great but most importantly the new beds we’re comfortable!

due to renovations the ac was always on, wasn’t unbearable

Facility was in the midst of completel rehab. Staff went out of their way to make stay comfortable despite construction. Will be returning.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The breakfast selection was also good.

The only disappointment was the broken hot tub in the pool.
