The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center

Everyone that we interacted with was always nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was AMAZING!!! it was very roomy and clean it being New Year's Eve it was very quite couldn't here other guest in the halls or their rooms.

Only issue we had was we didn't know you had to scan your room key when you pushes the elevator floor to get to your room so we went from the ground floor to 6th floor and back a few times until a guest got on at a different floor and showed us.

We will be back. Our stay was excellent

We wanted a accessible room. It was nice. But we will request a lease accessible room. There are different versions accessible. Our room was wheell chair accessible. We did not have a wheel chair just grab handles in bathroom and tube.Over all it was awesome. We will return SOON.

location is amazing. staff is great. hotel is beautiful.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. If I want to be picky, I'd say the lighting in the room could be improved to offer brighter option. At night the lighting is ambient lighting. There are no options to make it bright enough to really see.

Great location- convenient to everything. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make my 6 yo feel welcome, too.

Parking was not as convenient, but we only had trouble finding a space once during our week.

The location. It is very central and a plethora of things are within walking distance.

The rooms are comfortable but are showing signs of age. cracked paint, rusting fixtures, and the collection of dust on the furniture. I would think for the price and location, the rolls would be as well maintained as lobby.

I loved my stay here! Not only was the hotel super clean,but the staff were very friendly! The resturant inside the hotel was delicious and the staff were awesome especially tiffany, melody,alex and adam they were so nice to me and my family! We fell in love with them. We will definitely return here on our next vacation!

The staff was very friendly and was useful in scheduling activities suggestions during COVID. Our room was very clean and we truly loved the location it was close to everything, to be honest we didn't even need to drive our car for 3 days. Parking was in a clean well lit parking garage and best of all it was free! Will be staying there several times a year from now on.

My only complaint is for the housekeeping staff to check the coffee and creamer as ours were expired. The staff did replenish the supply but I felt strange asking every night for coffee this was more me than them since I know they were taking precautions with COVID. I would also suggest putting at least two bottles of water in the room, was shocked to see none in the room.

First day in ask to have my room made and was hung up on. Didn’t feel very professional for the cost of my stay.

Room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location is great and close to many shops, restaurants and parking is free which is great. The staff is very accomodating.

I had no hot water and could not take a shower or bath. I had an early morning flight so had to leave early and I felt uncomfortable that I could not shower prior to my departure

Clean, large room, and friendly staff.

The price keeps going up. One night stay was $350, and all I did was sleep. With nothing included, I'm finding it hard to justify the value anymore.
