Club Quarters Hotel White House, Washington DC

location is great! easy access to metro/ walking distance from the White House! close to local bakery ( great option for Breakfast) and lots of other eateries. good room service overall/ polite staff.

probably the bathroom could use a refresher

my room had a large window facing in to offices with just a couple of feet apart so was quite dark, but it wouldn’t stop me staying there again soon.

Helpful, friendly & professional staff. Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Facilities convenient, well maintained and provided a relaxed and friendly environment. Checking in / out was very easy. Staff always on hand to help to respond to queries and questions. Couldn't have asked for a better location in a safe and accessible location for Downtown and the Metro station right next to the hotel. Silver Line Metro from Dulles Airport to centre of Washington was just brilliant - safe, convenient and easy to use. The hotel location was just so convenient for walking on foot to see the main sights. Just a great place to visit and an excellent hotel with great staff and good facilities. Highly recommend QC Hotel if you're planning a visit to Washington DC.

Online website was a little temperamental and challenging. In the end I gave up and didn't use it at all. There was nothing to fault with the hotel accommodation whatsoever.

Clean and comfy beds. Nice location near two subway lines (Red and Blue/Orange/Silver. Keurig coffee maker with new capsules everyday. The TV can pair with devices to cast Netflix, etc.

The walls were thin and some guests were playing music and talking until late at night. The street traffic was also a bit noisy. Although there were blackout shades, the door cracks leak light from the hallway so the room was never completely dark. The refrigerator was pretty small.

This hotel is about 1 block from the white house, easy walkibg distance from museums and tourist sites and some very nice restaurants. Its proximity to train station means an easy transfer to union station or a trip to shopping mall is a breeze. Staff are helpful and friendly. Bed is comfortable and shower is great cant ask for more really but wait.. coffee in 2nd floor lounge is great and FREE. This is the second time i have stayed here and it didnt disappoint. Try it you will like it im sure.

The location was phenomenal--close to everything sounding shopping centers. Simple and clean room. I especially appreciated the well-lit bathroom mirror, helped get ready to perfection. The bathroom is small though, so little space to spread out get-ready stuff. one thing I really loved was the in-hall purified water dispenser. At first I thought I'd need to go down and get water bottles but the front desk cleared that right up by text and directed me to the dispenser near the elevator. I hydrated myself with no restraints, evening and night--that made all the difference. thank you for lovely stay

Very comfortable room with ample space. Right next to the Metro, parks and an easy stroll to the tourist attractions. Extra pillows requested and immediately delivered.

Noise from adjoining room, but this does not reflect on the accommodation.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed; free tea and coffee available 24/7, as well as refillable water bottles on every floor. Super-convenient to Metro, with Farragut West station literally just outside the door and Farragut North very near. Just a short walk to White House, with National Mall also quite doable on foot. The room and bath were both on the small side, but fine for one person. It was very quiet ...

... though that was mostly because my view was of a row of office-building windows across a small alleyway, which was a bit disappointing. Dining options in the immediate vicinity were somewhat limited, especially in the evening, though there were a few possibilities a shortish walk away. There was no safe in the room, which would have been useful.

Hotel was clean comfortable and staff was very helpful! Metro and buses right outside our door..travel to museums and just about anywhere we wanted to go was a breeze! Did request a fan since our room was a bit warm, one of the hotel staff Eileen handled our request within minutes, then came in to check and reset thermostats and suggested we wait 5minutes if no change let her know. We did and Eileen was at our door with keys to another room within 10 minutes.

They offered early and late check out for a fee. I can understand that for a longer stay..but if room is ready when you arrive..most hotels give customers access ..not here

Excellent location!! Right in the heart of DC & literal minutes walk to the White House & other attractions. Bus stop right outside the door. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean & tidy. Staff were lovely also. The hotel also had free water bottles & refilling stations on every floor & had a lounge open 24hrs with a coffee machine so you could help yourself anytime day or night.

Room was very small but for the 2 nights we stayed, it was fine. There is also no refrigerator or safe in the room which was a little disappointing especially for those who travel with medications that need to be kept cool.
