Courtyard by Marriott Washington, DC Dupont Circle

The Staff from the Property Manager Clarise to the Front Desk team were exceptional. As a Titanium member I have to say this property went above an beyond. I needed documents printed in color. Asked if there was a Kinkos close. The Property Manager Clarise had me email her, she printed, stapled and put it all together in a packet. Not expected but an amazing touch. They also provide amazing service when checking in, questions etc. I stay an extra 2 nights on a personal credit card, They accommodated me with seamless check in for both the Corporate Stay and personal. Have to say JW style service at the Courtyard. I will be staying there again and forgoing my other favorite DC *Bonvoy properties. Thank you M Jaworski

I loved the location, the staff were amazing Richard the manager and Soncheree we exceptional. Also Imani helped me get around before I had a wheelchair. I had a bad fall and had to use a wheelchair for the rest of my trip. They ensured I had everything I needed and moved me to a wheelchair accessible room. Super impressed by their excellent level of service.

Walking distance from restaurants (Bouqueria Dupont, Tatte), quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood, view from rooms facing the street on high floors was excellent (view of church dome), polite staff, we were provided complimentary breakfast for the children, excellent valet services (better rates compared to similar hotels), hotel was clean with brand new interiors

No closets at all, clothes must be hung on provided hangers in the room near the mirror, no ironing board or iron, limited breakfast options, no toiletries kit, a bit disappointing for a Marriott Hotel, view from rooms facing the back was poor despite higher rate for high floor

Spacious rooms and very well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Great location for restaurants, bars and walking to the best that DC has to offer

The rooms are only cleaned every second day. I was not informed of this on check in nor are there signs in the room or information on the booking receipt. When I rang the front desk about it, he hung up on me

Our room was so clean, not too big, but comfortable. The room was located at second floor with a view to main street. Because of beautiful architecture, we didn’t complain about view :D We chose to walk as much as possible and we did 20-25 min to White House, it was amazing. 3-5 min from hotel is located Tatte Caffe, best breakfasts in whole DC.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Great location for me and pet-friendly was the best part. First-ever trip with my pup and she felt right at home with the friendly staff. At check-in the staff informed me I could park on the street for the entire weekend for free if I wished. That was very nice because he could have easily convinced me to pay for parking but helped me be well informed to make the best choice for me.

I was told the only king room left was one with a handicap/roll-in shower, even though I requested a normal shower. Not the end of the world but was not as nice as a regular shower could have been. I did not get a mid-stay (2 nights) cleaning which was a little disappointing as I love coming back to a freshly made bed every night. But ultimately my pup was very happy and safe so that's all that matters to me.

Hotel located in quiet area, close to the White House and metro stations.

After very unpleasant encounter with staff during one breakfast (very impolite lady) and dirty cutlery I ate breakfast outside the hotel.

We were impressed that the Marriott was close to the Metro. The Bistro served a nice meal. We ate outside of the hotel (by choice) after that. Had lots to do and ate meals as time permitted.

The room could have been a bit larger, but I knew the size at the time of reservation. Everything else was great. The TV didn't seem to completely turn off, but it wasn't a distraction.

Amazing location, great installations, charming place, wonderful bed. Reallygreat option for DC

Nothing in particular, but the amount blocked in my credicard for safety reasons should be returned after checking out and not 5 days later

Perfect location for what we needed to do. The room was clean and modern. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. The lounge and restaurant area was very clean.

The elevators were a bit slow. That is all that was bad.
