Close to the convention center management was very kind and the staff were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, food was great! Also enjoyed the kitchen in the room being provided with a few essentials to cook and eat with, helped out when we needed them.

Few things they could improve, separate area for the waffles in the morning. Would make it much easier for those not getting them to access things like the toaster or oatmeal. The room we stayed in was nice, but the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there were a few things that were worn and not repaired. Broken lamp shade, makeup stain on the carpet. Could just tell things have been worn out over time. Kinda turned us off of the room a bit. The television in the room would also go in and out of signal. Which was a pain sometimes when we just wanted noise or were watching a show and then couldn’t watch it. This could’ve been due to the weather, so not sure if that is normal for them.

Lovely location in a pretty part of town, exceptionally thoughtful and friendly staff, comfortable and clean. GREAT hot breakfast setup and good coffee all day. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

The hot water in the shower wasn’t hot enough and felt lukewarm when showering at night. The TVs are not smart TVs so we were unable to stream any shows or movies onto the television from our respective devices.

The location to the Vernon Center Metro was perfect to start all of our adventures. I loved our little kitchen which allowed us to prepare meals and dinners. I travel with two diabetics and three with celiac disease. Finding meals that won’t make us sick has always been problematic. Homewood is across the street from Safeway so we were able to find food for our needs. It was comforting to have home cooked meals after a long day. Despite being in the middle of the city the location was relatively quiet.

Wi-Fi and cell reception was problematic. We purchased a Wi-Fi booster that helped. I did have to ask the front desk daily to ask Housekeeping to provide additional toilet paper and towels. Four people go through a lot of TP. Housekeeping didn’t speak any English and my Spanish is rudimentary so I had to ask the Front Desk daily to remind them to take the trash out, provide TP, and other incidentals. They were pretty responsive.

The room was lovely. I liked the quality of the picture and sound of the tv, and the lighting in the room. There was good spacing for my things, and a nice clean bathroom. I loved having a spot for my leftovers in the fridge after eating out. The breakfast was good and hot, with delicious waffles. The location was easy to travel to and from the convention center, as well as nearby restaurants and stores.

The coffee at breakfast seemed lukewarm, like it hadn't been changed out. Sometimes the room would be very cold from the ceiling fan overhead, which made sleeping a bit tough. I was a bit surprised by a security deposit for incidentals, but they assured me it would be taken off once I checked out. PS, their wi-fi is only free if one becomes a member of HiltonHonors. Although joining that is free, so it's your choice.

Staff was friendly. Location was good accept for parking.

They charged to much at the hotel for parking plus they don't tell you when booking. We found cheaper parking across the street. The mattress on the bed had a sinking in the middle. The sink where stopped up in the bathroom. Plus the coffee pot didn't work. Told front desk someone came and fixed it immediately.

Great location. Clean. Nice staff. Spacious Room. Big Fridge. Not a bad walk to a Ford's Theater. We also walked to White House. Safeway across the street.

Parking price $52. Elevator was slow and small. Took 10 mins to get an open elevator at check out time. Breakfast ended at 9am. At 8:40 nothing left but bagels and soggy eggs. Pillows were flat and lumpy.

We loved the free breakfast and the availability of coffee all day! The cold water upon arrival was so nice! We loved the view of the city with large windows. The room was amazing with the couch/living room/kitchenette which is why we booked this hotel, accommodating to the family, not many hotels offer that. Thank you!

My husband did not like the valet parking, he prefers to park his own car and does not like anyone else driving it. That was the only downside... Also, the rate was on a high side, but at the end I think the stay was worth it.

Breakfast was the only downside. The way the food is laid out is inefficient. The waffle station was very popular but it gummed up the line and we waited nearly half an hour each morning to get everyones breakfast. The waffles should be not in the middle, but on one of the ends, or even where the coffee was (coffee goes somewhere else) Breakfast was stressful for everyone in the room. Not just us. Food choice was fine but was cold. One toaster is not enough for the number of people using the service. People should get their breakfast in one direction only. The center island isn’t utilized properly- the milk is for the cereal but the cereal is across the room, and on I could go. If you fly me back, I will happily help you rearrange the breakfast set up situation. Then everyone will be happy forevermore.

Everything! Room lovely and spacious, beds really comfy, good air con, shower nice and powerful. Staff, especially: Diamond, Ernest and Zanoi on reception, they couldn't do enough for you. And the valet (I can't remember her name, so nice and gave us good tips for Washington). Breakfast, mix of hot and cold, something different everyday from the hot breakfast which was great for variety if you're a few nights.
