The hotel mistakenly overcharged us and it took us weeks to get hold of the billing team so the correction can be made.. The customer experience needs some improvement, while we understand that some issues take time to be resolved,they need to update the customer on the progress even if there is no update.. We were following up with them on daily basis and it added pressure on us because we were on a holiday and our credit card reached the limit due to the over-charging!

The ice machine on my floor was broken, the key-card security made it impossible to just get ice from another floor, and I didn't love the valet or nothing parking situation (although, they too,were polite and helpful.)

Our room was refreshed everyday. Our personal properties were never touched or missing. Location was convenient to all the Capitol Hill facilities. Our Uber rides were always under $25.
The accommodations were adequate in the junior king suite for three adults. I had the pull out couch. Mattress was comfortable for a pull out. The only negative was the two extra pillows they left me to use. The outside pillow case was clean but the inside pillow smelled of dirty hair. I, of course, did not use them and borrowed a pillow from the king bed.

I have travelled quite a bit and I am often put off by the hotel staff where I am staying seemingly ‘inconvenienced’ when I approach the desk for anything; check-in, questions or just passing through. Every staff employee went out of their way to greet me when I walked by. They were attentive and pleasant even down to the cleaning staff and parking valet (I did not even have a car). This was the best customer service I have experienced at a hotel in a very long time.
This neighborhood is in transition and I don’t consider it to be the best (Homeless living in tents less than 100 yards from the hotel) although once inside, the lobby was clean and the building felt quite secure.

We were very happy with the card system to get into the building for security. Also the lobby is very well decorated. The room was standard and clean.
The walls are very thin; we could hear everyone in the hallway and getting ice. Our fridge never really got cold even after we adjusted it and our bathroom facet was loose. But otherwise everything was fine!

The Location was awesome, right around the corner from the subway. Drugstore and Grocery Store across the street and half a block away. The swimming pool and hot tub were the very best part. And it was amazing, they offered complimentary water flavored with all different kinds of fresh fruit. There was a Mini Fridge and a microwave.
Breakfast wasn't included in the nightly room rate, and if you wanted it included, it was a significantly higher price. The elevator buttons didn't always work, when you tried to tap your room key for your floor.

My stay at the Hilton Inn was pleasant and comfortable. Everything met up to my expectations. Staff was pleasant , nice and helpful. Check in/out was speedy and simple. My room was clean and comfortable. I was not a fan of the shower. The sprayer had to much force to it and water sprayed everywhere. Also would have been nice if shower caps were provided. Valet parking was convenient and efficient. Overall my experience was good and i will book again in the future.
