Sleep Inn Pasco Tri -Cities

Everything was nice. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Bed was comfy after a long 13 hr drive. Pillows were nice too. Breakfast was good. Night shift clerk Tocarra was so pleasant excellent customer service. Helped us by giving directions to shopping areas and food places. Very knowledgeable. At Checkout the ladies were very pleasant and friendly too. Both from California and had smiles. Would stay here again.

The only down side to mention is that they have only 2 handicap designated parkings next to the front entrance.. Once those are taken, it's a bit farther to walk from the side of the building to the front doors.

The staff is cool, i can always carry a conversation with them while checking in. Im a usual here and would highly reccomend. Ac works, breakfast is just like any other hotel so thats good. Cofee is nice, and they always let me take an extra cup. Price is mid compared to others here but rooms are clean and modern 👍

No complaints. However somebody did check in into my room which i already paid for. They said that i was their dad and paid for their room. I dont blame the hotel for this at all, im sure the guy was very persuasive. The sweet lady understood and believed me so she got me another room and handled it very professionally. I found it funny, personally.

Breakfast was good, the staff were attentive, checking the food frequently, refilling items. They wore gloves and were careful about handling the food. I was impressed.

Hot tub was partially functioning. The hot tub water was hot, however the jets operated only on low speed and half of the jets were not functioning.

I would assign a 5 Star rating to Sleep Inn in Pasco because they earned this rating.Yhe manager Katrina greeted me and I found her to be warm and welcoming . They took care of all my needs and seemed happy to do so. I loved the shower without the tub. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I felt like it was home away from home the 4 days I stayed. I felt safe being alone and did not feel threatened in any way. Great Customer Service and great team work. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Didn't like the shower not having a shower mat in the shower ,a little slippery. I would suggest a shower mat in all your showers for safety reasons. Rather be safe than sorry as I'm sure you would agree

This was a perfect location for our trip. The staff was nothing but kind, funny and super engaging!!

The jacuzzi spa in the pool room was WAY too hot and people couldnt enjoy the relaxation it could have brought. No one stayed in long and other families in the room had the same experience,

Typical hotel hot breakfast - everything was well-stocked and hot. Staff was friendly and seemed to take pride in their service. Room was exactly as advertised. Easy highway access and close proximity to retail and restaurants. Lots of parking.

The shower/toilet space was a little cramped. There was some repair work going on in the hallway (maybe a leak from the ceiling?) - not great for aesthetics but not really an issue. Would have loved an updated binder in the room with restaurant and hotel information (although all of that is available online as well).

The beds are super comfy, the rooms are a good size I love the pool staff is friendly and accommodating I will always choose to stay here

My ac went out, but the staff gave me a fan which helped keep I cool they night so other then that I loved everything.

Location was great. Lady and man working front desk were wonderful. Very friendly and lots of help. Even told us where to find food.

Breakfast was not good Biscuits had green mold on them and we showed employee and he just said oh sorry and took them away. Things happen we understand that but all the biscuits had mold on them.

Breakfast was not good. Not items to choose from. Only eggs and biscuits and gravy. No fruit only applies !

Maybe add some meat, sausage patties or links ham. Pineapple, peaches, etc

BEST SLEEP I EVER HAD! I’m a little biased because I grew up in Tricities, however this was my first time staying at a sleep inn, I drove past this place hundreds if times & I finally was able to stay. Manager was on point and was very professional. The BED was AMAZING. Best Sleep I ever had gotten. Refrigerator & Microwave unlike some hotels that dont have them this one did. QUIET. But again, pasco is always quiet, however, no disturbances & they give breakfast behind the office which is for precaution so I was here for it. I’d stay here again for sure.
