La Quinta by Wyndham Spokane Valley

Rooms are spacious. The bed was comfortable. Nice linens, towels. The shower had decent pressure. We had a kitchenette that was well stocked with a big refrigerator. Coffee maker. The breakfast served in the morning was excellent. Delicious eggs and sausage. Cereal, fruit. Make your own waffle. Coffee 24/7 and very good coffee. All the staff are very friendly and the housekeepers came and fulfilled your needs each day. However you should leave envelopes for gratuities for the housekeepers. I tip them every time I got stuff from them but only when I saw them I did not feel comfortable leaving money in the room.

AC was super noisy. No place to sit in the room besides a chair or the bed.

The location was perfect for what we needed. We appreciated that there was breakfast every morning and access to a fitness room and pool/hot tub. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The lighting in the room could be improved, even with all of the lights on, it felt really dark in the room. Having a breakfast available every morning was appreciated, but would have liked a little more variety in what was offered.

They desk staff is always friendly. Having a designated section for people traveling with pets is really nice, too.

We were in room 123 and noticed the fan in the bathroom is not flush mounted to the ceiling and by the looks of it, this has been the situation for quite a while and should be addressed. We really love staying at this LaQuinta and would hate to see it fall apart over basic physical upkeep. Also, the mattresses need to be flipped, rotated or replaced - there are flat spots.

The breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs and sausages every morning for breakfast - could have used bacon one morning... Has waffle machines and that's good. Would have enjoyed a bagel more than English muffins and the toasters are way slow. But overall, a very good deal for a free breakfast and it was enjoyable.

The staff were efficient and friendly and the whole facility was very clean and quiet.. I liked the fact there was an elevator. It was nice to be on the top floor with a bright outlook and not have to lug suitcases up stairs. The hotel had a large adjacent lot for travellers with trailers. This made it easy to park and unload. .

There was nothing to dislike here. I would have liked to have had more time to use the pool and gym.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. We go to Avista stadium to watch the Spokane Indians play ball. Hot tub is always excellent and we really like the pet friendly feature.

Nothing we didn't like. We are close to shopping close to access to millennium trail. its nice and quiet.

This hotel is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to in the at least twenty years! The staff were all so kind and welcoming, the hot breakfast was very good and the room was clean and so darn quiet! A huge shout out to all staff, from the front desk to housekeeping not only were friendly, but made eye contact when talking, something that hasn’t happened much in the last year and a half. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting eastern Washington and it was only a 35 minute drive to Silverwood, our main vacation destination!

Loved the location it was hidden from the city so it was super quiet and I was able to get a good nights rest. loved how they had a snack selection for purchase. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much but I always bring backup.

The breakfast was not good we ended up going out for breakfast after checking out which was inconvenient for our travel.

The breakfast was great. The room was very comfy. The size was great. The bathroom was large enough so we were not cramped. The rooms were quiet. The TV was nice as well.

The laundry room had a weird smell. It's not like I had to stay there while my clothes washed though so no harm no foul. It was like there was a drainage issue.

I was promised at check in that the issues with Wyndham rewards number would be rectified and I’d get bonus points. Every since you changed the vendor for the rewards program I lost a free night stay because the points did not roll into the new program. I had issue with a hotel in WI that was an LQ, I have to this date to hear from the property owner. My Wyndham card was kept and I was assured she would get the number fixed. I expressed my concerns with customer service during booking process. Why ask for feedback if there is no follow thru?
