Oxford Suites Spokane Valley

Almost everything we liked. It is a great hotel and very nice rooms. Great location, good staff.

Breakfast quality was only so-so, a real drop from what it used to be. Very concerned about the statement the management is making by having TVs set to turn on to Fox "News". It is bad enough they choose to basically endorse a politically charged station, but even worse that it chooses to endorse a station that is proven to intentionally lie and mislead its audiences with significant distortions and attacks. It is not on any way a news station. Very unprofessional, unethical, and inappropriate. This is a show stopper, causing us to reconsider whether we will stay there again, in spite of prior usage and liking that hotel. It's simply a matter of principle.

The breakfast was as expected, good but not the top of the line! The staff however, made it a special place to have breakfast. We felt cared about as one of the family. It was very clean!! There was a problem with our bathroom and they were on it as soon as we reported it.

The coffee! The coffee machines were old fashioned and not up to other like accommodations. And the breakfast coffee was not very good at all. However I could give this a higher mark but the floor of the foyer and the elevators were dirty the whole three days we were there and it wasn't raining. It put a little question in our minds about what others things did they not care about! If the answer is short handed then that doesn't speak well for desk staff which they seemed to have several of. I would have cleaned it myself to rather than risk a bad first impression!

We love everything there at the Oxford Suites! All staff has always been nothing but kind and helpful. My family has been staying at this one for years, it was so special when they told my mother that they remember my father, who is passed. That is JUST how they are. Mom and I ordered some food to go from the bartender, I wish I remembered her name, she was 4 months in. We had lots of laughs with her and got to visit with our favorite Marmots. So happy with our food!!!!!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was very good for restaurants. The beds and pillows were very good. The bathroom could be a little more modern.

The breakfast was awful. Its processed food and we have stayed and many places where the food it excellent. But this was a big disappointment. We ended up going out most days. Everyday we checked and it was the same. No homemade oatmeal only packages. The fruit was awful. The eggs were powder eggs. Please work to improve this.

We absolutely love this place! We don't stay anywhere else when we stay in Spokane anymore because this hotel is always clean, the staff are friendly, Wi-Fi never glitches and having the Centennial Trail and Spokane River right outside is absolutely incredible!

Nothing. They did have an issue with a couple of men staying on the bottom floor, but the staff handled everything calmly, quickly and as efficiently as possible so they did great considering the situation.

Such a nice hotel! The amenities were all very nice and the view and the location was great! The bed was also sooo comfortable! Most of the staff and the lady that made breakfast was amazing! We'll definitely be coming here again!

The first lady that checked us in (a middle aged women) had a very rude attitude. She wasn't too bad towards us in particular but we were a little off put by the way she spoke to a customer on the phone and then complained to us about it afterwards. We just thought she could've been much more professional about how she handled the situation. Also I hate to mention this cause I don't like to complain but room service came to clean an hour early before checkout which is fine but there was no knock or warning to before walking in which was just a little surprising.

Excellent manager's reception on Saturday evening. Breakfast was also very good. Nice location near river and away from freeway noise.

The hallway carpets need to be replaced. They're stained near the elevators and major egress/ingress points. This condition detracts from the overall look of the property.

It was in a great location. We had a river view king suite. It was quiet and very clean The morning breakfast was very good and the staff were fantastic.

The pool room could use a little love. It was ok though. We did have to go ask for some towels and the hot tub was closed.

We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and it is likely going to be the only one that we stay at in Spokane from now on. ☺️ It is always clean, the staff is super friendly, the beds are incredibly comfortable and it's amazing having the Centennial Trail and Spokane River right out back. ☺️

It's quiet and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast. It doesn't seem fresh. Cooking waffles are warm and fresh which you do not have. Eggs and potatoes were dried out. Chocolate muffin fell apart. There were 5 of us eating. I've just been places where the breakfast is better.
