Paola was awesome. I’m work in healthcare overnight. I had to be out of my old hotel by 11am but check in wasn’t until 3pm. I called and Paola went above and beyond! She tried to see if they had a room available when I called (8am). When she didn’t have one, she said to come right at 11am and there would be a room available for me! She was so pleasant and efficient when I arrived. I’m forever grateful for all that she did! She made my transition super easy and I was still able to rest before my next overnight shift.

This hotel did a great job of creating a European-style hotel stay for Americans. The accommodations were minimalistic, but very clean and comfortable. Loved the smell/feel of the bath products. The staff were super nice.

Really wished the window opened. There was no fresh air to be had. Also, the breakfast options were very limited for someone avoiding wheat and dairy products. There was granola, but no option for dairy-free milk. I grabbed some dairy-free yogurt I had in the car and made do.

Location was easily accessible from freeway. Extra games and pool table in the lobby was PHENOMENAL! Loved that mom and dad could grab a beer from the lobby. Pool and hot tub were AWESOME whole family loved them.

The bed was not very comfortable. It was very firm and stiff. Both my husband and I agreed some kind of pillow top needs to be added. Only dislike we had.

Pool, exercise facility, a water bottle filling station, a pool table and games in the lobby, multiple areas to plug in a laptop or phone in the lobby, nice decor, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff.

In order to watch any non network television, you had to have your own account and sign in on the TV. I'd like more board game options.

The breakfast was hot and fresh and they have an awesome pancake machine. Employees from front desk to housekeeping were all pleasant and welcoming.

I didn’t like that I had to keep asking for trash bags for the room and there wasn’t an in-room microwave. I had to go to the lobby to heat up food. I also felt like the bathroom needed a spot to hang a hand towel for easier access to dry hands after washing.

New and clean, customer service was great. Enjoyed the pool and extra activities in the lobby area. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice.

Close to the railroad tracks—train noise at night wasn’t ideal, but also wasn’t often. Breakfast was nice, but could have been better—pancake machine didn’t work and the fresh fruit was old and mushy. Still a decent breakfast, but could have been better with a little more care.

The breakfast was good, there was a good variety of offerings.

I booked this hotel because of the high ratings for cleanliness, but I was disappointed. The bathroom shower was not very clean, especially the bottom of the shower door. There appeared to be old stains on the chrome and the rubber seal around the door, which was gross.

The staff were fantastic. All were helpful and engaged. The 24 hr coffee was great and always good. The room was clean and easy to access.

I was not aware of how pared down the room was going to be with no actual closet or dresser for clothes. But I must say the staff made up for that.

The lobby and facilities were well maintained, staff was friendly and breakfast was nice. Also loved they provided bikes and helmets so you can venture to the close by Centennial Trail.

The rooms were more minimal than expected with no closet or drawers.

The general aesthetic of the whole place is so fresh and fun. The room was way bigger than average with a huge tv. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We came down at 10:30 fully expecting breakfast to be done but they were smiling and ready to get us our COVID friendly to go breakfast. Not the best (just cold boxed stuff) but I think the best possible with COVID.

Honestly the only thing was the shower. No lip between shower floor and bathroom floor. By the end of my shower the whole bathroom floor was wet! Very weird design.
