Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Spokane Valley

Nice place to stay, close to the interstate. The room was large with two beds and a couch. It was clean and comfortable. The freshly based cookies were a nice touch.

The breakfast wasn't ready at 6:30 am as stated. We had to wait for about 20 minutes before the items were brought out. In spite of this, the selections were great. Lots of options to choose from.

I took my daughter-in-law and sister along with grandkids and nieces and nephews, to Spokane to go rollerskating and ice-skating for an overnight trip; we also wanted to see the The Christmas lights. It was a busy overnight trip and the ages of our group or from 1 to 84 because my dad went as well. There were 13 and all of us and we had an amazing trip was swimming and hot timing after we got back, we will definitely be using this hotel again. We only live 60 miles away; my daughter-in-law lives 75 miles away but it was well worth it. We had a great time and breakfast was wonderful and saved us $80 or more.

This location is perfect for us. The property is clean, adequate, and we appreciate being able to bring a pet. The staff was friendly, professional, andhelpful.

What we did not like was the specific location of our room....out little balcony looked directly into the pool area and we looked at each other anytime we were outside. We had to keep our curtains closed to get any privacy. The lightbuld in out lamp was burned out.

I thought this was a 3-star hotel because other locations of this chain are. I am not sure how hotels obtain their ratings, but this is on par with the 3-star hotels I typically stay at. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub area were nice. We enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast. I would recommend it.

They had body wash, shampoo and conditioner but for some reason they didn’t have lotion.

Having a full breakfast was very appreciated and our room was very accommodating for all of us!

The shower curtain was not adequate enough to prevent water leaking onto the bathroom floor. It also would have been nice to have a garbage can by the sink.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a really nice outdoor courtyard area. There were lots of good breakfast options and cookies in the evening.

Didn't like the lighting in the room. The bulbs are too bright.

We have dietary restrictions so were unable to eat much of what was offered.

Disappointed in the lack of masking enforcement. I am not unsympathetic to the fact that you are a hospitality organization and not policing but I did not feel as safe as I had anticipated. Room had microwave but not one piece of real dishware that I could use in the microwave for heating purposes. I needed to purchase something for that .

The breakfast choices were excellent - a definite step above most other hotels. French toast as well as waffles, two types of scrambled eggs, better than usual muffins - it was all good.

We really appreciated that the pool is still open during Covid. The staff was able to make reservations throughout the day and evening. It was awesome to have the pool and hot tub all to ourselves for our time slot! We were also impressed at the really good breakfast. We expected cereal and fruit, but there was a lot of hot food options too!

It would be so easy to be able to still use the lounge area near the fireplace. All you would have to do is block off every other seat, or make sure there are signs to help remind people to spread out. Such a bummer to not be able to enjoy that area when it would be totally possible. People are social distancing everywhere else!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, coffee always available in in the lobby and evening cookies were such a appreciated treat fir us! It was in a convenient location since we had a family reunion in Hayden, Idaho. Located near the state line and highway make it a great location for us. Thanks
