Yes it a Redone retro Very Nice! The Restaurant had wonderful food !

Well the check in is slow if you are going to check in in the evening. We stayed twice and the receptionist in the evening seems to put everybody else’s needs ahead of the people checking in and the people checking in should be the first that are accommodated. Other than that we have stayed here two times while coming to Visit our Family who lives near. The room we requested this time was to expensive for the time we stayed , but we wanted to face the court yard and not a parking lot. So it was fine. The courtyard is Beautiful.

Size and furnishings of the room were exceptional. Our room had a leather couch and chair with ottoman as well as a desk and a comfortable office hair. It's also nice to have the convenience of an extra mirror and sink outside of the bath area. We really enjoyed the full breakfast in the morning. It was always being checked and replenished by staff and the food was fresh and well prepared.

The bed could have been more comfortable. It was too much on the firm side for us but I'm sure other guests prefer that. We also noticed the coffee maker leaked but we only used it once because they had fresh coffee in the dining room. We forgot to inform the hotel staff because it didn't turn out to be a big deal.

I've stayed here five times now. This past stay was the only questionable one. The rooms are large, quiet, very comfortable. I don't use them but these guys even have large robes in the room for you. Pool area was super clean. Breakfast if the best I've had in any hotel (I stay about 80 times a year. They even have real ceramic coffee cups and glass glasses. No plastic or foam crap. Shower is great. Beds comfortable.

Unfortunately when my wife pulled back the covers on the bed there was a used kleenex wadded up between the sheet. Were the sheets not changed after the last guest??

What we liked was the hotel restaurant . Good food and service . We liked to be able to order a great breakfast of our choice . We liked the courtyard patio off our room to sit outside . Appreciated the size of the fridge And also the bathroom is great . And bar sink set up good too. The bedding and pillows and throw are comfortable

The mattress could be changed out soon . Just needs more support. But OK

We upgraded to Jacuzzi suite..very large room and huge bath...with exceptional large shower and a jacuzzi tub...very clean. Restaurant filet mignon dinner fantastic..

The original king executive room disappointing..small tub and shower..so upgraded to Jacuzzi suite because special occasion...booking.com gave deceptive description... Room decor in both rooms a bit drab and brown drapes, deck faced parking lot.. ECT. Could use some updating...however the jacuzzi bathroom very modern and beautiful..still over priced but nice for a special occasion stay..

Clean, comfortable, great restaurant and lounge. Plenty of parking for larger vehicles. I have stayed in most of the hotels in Spokane valley over the years. Definitely the best hotel I have stayed at so far.

House cleaning needs to be requested. All hotels seemed to be that way anymore since covid.

Room was Clean. Many accommodations. Great complimentary sit-down Breakfast, or off a different menu we could have taken back to room if we wanted. Very accommodating staff. Room very spacious. Very accommodating1

My wife and I used the bed next to the sliding door looking into the parking lot and mattress is worn out! Which my wife and I sunk to the middle of the bed. Interrupted sleep.Update 2/17/21. Troy, took responsibility for our stay and gave my wife and I concessions for our stay. Very impressed!

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. I loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the courtyard view. Beautiful flowers all around. I absolutely stay again. Enjoyed the happy hour at the restaurant/bar on site!

The buffet breakfast was ok. Nothing great. Eggs and potatoes were cold. But the people serving the food were super friendly and very welcoming. They serve food up on a plate if you ate in the dining or would box it up for to go. Which was nice.

It was great. The staff and dining were impeccable. My husband and I will stay again.

I would have like one of the rooms with the balcony to be pet friendly. I have clean animals and clean up after myself. So, it's disappointing that I can't enjoy the nicer things.

Clean, great breakfast too. Still waiting for refund on billing error though otherwise would be rated even higher.

Told front desk to bill new credit card vs one used for reservation. Wasn't done and still waiting for refund, correction to proper card.
