Great value, nice size room, easy access and great location. Friendly staff, accommodating to needs such as a requested late checkout. Clean room and facilities. Higher quality breakfast options offered to guest as well!

Nothing really needed improvement

The room was very comfortable and clean, as was the entire facility. The only thing I would recommend is the pillows need to be replaced. Out of the six pillows in our room, only one was not lumpy. We always stay at this hotel when in Morgantown and will continue to stay there.

The lumpy pillows was my only concern.

All the staff were super friendly! The lobby & room were very clean. Coffee, Juice, & Water available 24/7 was a very nice surprise and the assortment of items for breakfast was nice considering we are still dealing with covid restrictions.

The grass was so high I had to walk my Service Dog across the street. There was a few "odd" guests that left their doors wide open, stood outside my room at all hours of the night, left their personal belongings outside the side door (including some hypodermic needles).

The breakfast was very good! We used the waffle maker, but could not find any sugar free syrup. The eggs and potatoes were good. Had a nice selection of yogurt and fruit.

The Sure Stay was wonderful. It was clean and satisfying. The room was smaller than any other room we ever had but was adequate for us.

We were able to check in early after a long drive from Missouri to West Virginia. Breakfast was very good. Great variety. Friendly staff. Had a room on the first floor.

Actually, the entire stay was very good. Better than most hotels we have stayed at recently.

The hotel was new. It was close to the highway, and the race track at which u was competing that weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful.

TV remote only worked if you stood directly in front of the TV. The mattress was not comfortable at all.

The parking is a little wonky but not much can be done about that, all in all great hotel. Very clean, smelled clean not musty, very comfortable bed.

I really like the location of this property. Easy to get off the interstate and get to it. It was mostly clean and very comfortable. I drove through one of the worst winter storms, but was greeted by kind staff person in spite of arriving very late.

There was really nothing that I did not like. This property is nice, clean and gives you a good impression. The wifi is great!

I loved how clean the hotel was and the friendliness of the staff. I felt like we had the perfect amount of privacy and luxury during our stay. This was definitely my best hotel experience for traveling on the road that I have had yet.

I didn’t appreciate the smell of weed on our whole floor but it never got into our room so that’s fine.
