Atlantis Family Waterpark Hotel

Location was amazing as we went to Noah’s Ark and just walked there. We also did the ropes course next door (forgot to use our coupons…the hotel gives them to you so don’t forget to check the booklet before your activities!). Candy store next door was fun to explore. It was so central for driving to other activities and the strip of shops etc by the River Walk. The room had enough beds (3) to accommodate our three kids and 2 adults…didn’t have to use a couch pull out! Shower was clean.

We had a dirty top blanket which didn’t give a good first impression, we just left it in a corner and didn’t ask for another for fear of the same thing. Kitchen sink area could have been cleaner, coffeemaker etc didn’t look appealing and freezer area of fridge had some kind of brown food stuck in it. Just bring your own cleaner and cloths and you will feel better. Take all of this with a grain of salt…we still enjoyed our stay! These are areas that could however be improved :)

The location was perfect and in walking distance to Noah's Ark, Mt.Olympus, and other things to do. I loved the Noah's Ark and Knucklehead daily tickets. The kids loved they had 3 pools and hot tubs. The staff was great and went above and beyond to get our rooms next to each other after upgrading one room.The balcony was a plus.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was trash on the side of the fridge that leaked a little. There were not enough covers for the let out bed, and I couldn't figure out how to connect the TV in the room. I brought my own blankets and sheets, so it was no big deal for me. Workers in the hall wouldn't let me use the vacuum to clean the room better and said I needed to call the front desk to schedule a cleaning.The lights all had to be on when you turned on one switch instead of in certain areas.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The daily passes to Noah arks and 3 hours at knuckleheads is such a great deal! The pool hours were great both outdoor and indoor! The small kid area on the 4th floor with slides was great for our kiddos! The location is perfect we walked to Noah’s Ark, the grateful shed, go karts, mining, its also right next to zip line and rope course which was fun to watch. Such an amazing value!

Pool areas could have been a little nicer, areas were a bit old and showing wear and tear, but it’s expected. Beds weren’t the most comfy but again expected that for the great cost!

It was a great value with passes to Knuckleheads and Mt Olympus passes. It was in a pretty good location. You could walk or Uber places if you had trouble parking. We took the train in from Minnesota, and we got in late on a Monday and left late on a Friday. The manager was so accommodating, letting us leave our luggage in the hotel so we could enjoy another day in the Dells. She also allowed us to swim for a couple hours and shower in the public showers before catching the train home.

The only downfall was the beds. They were a little hard… but they worked!

There was an incredible amount of options for swimming at the hotel. We loved that the hotel included tickets to Noah's Ark and Knuckleheads as well. Having Noah's Ark and Mt Olympus amongst many other things within walking distance was convenient and saved us from having to overpay for parking at the waterparks. This will definitely be our hotel choice next time we stay in the dells.

The only thing I would suggest is offering free breakfast and maybe having more signs up with directions. The colored maps are kind of confusing lol and that hotel was like a maze.

Great value! I was surprised to see how many pools and slides there were and all of them were kid friendly. Large room with extra bunk beds for kids. Don't think you could pick a better resort when travelling with young children. Passes included for Noah's Ark (walking distance) and knuckleheads.

Building shows it's age. TV didn't work, no input, or menu button. Someone came to change input but remote I was left with still didn't work. Not a huge deal but normally rooms come with a functioning TV.

We loved the location. We could leave our car at the hotel and walk to most places that we wanted to go, which was a bonus. Hotel has lots to offer between their 3 pools, arcade, and tickets other attractions. We we very pleased with this hotel!

Wish the family suites where just a little bit bigger and offered a sink inside the bathroom instead of outside of it so we didn’t wake our other family members while trying to get ready in the morning. Otherwise, loved everything!

I love the location. It was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was when I called for room service to pick up some of the old towels in my room they said they don’t “fo that anymore.” Whatever that means. Aside from that, had a very nice stay! Love the pool with jacuzzi and kiddie pool on the 4th floor! It’s PERFECT for families with children!! Best indoor hotel pool if you ask me!

The whole “no room service” thing

Location was close to all attractions. Jacuzzi was excellent, the pool was great, and WiFi worked great as well. No one was loud or rude so far one of the best experiences that I’ve had in Wisconsin Dells area.

The only thing that I did not like was the cleanliness of the floor my feet were all black on the bottom because of the dust. I took a towel from the bathroom and washed the floor myself and that’s all it took for the dirt to go away.

Our room was more modern than the photos shown! We so appreciated the updated room and decor made the atmosphere feel nice. Best value we found. Up to 8 free Noah’s ark tickets and knuckleheads passes with our room allowance. We had 7 family members. This deal exceeded the cost of tickets alone at the gate!

The boys brought their gaming system to play at night. Both TVs were not able to pick up the HDMI or there was some sort of block. The attendants tried helping.
