Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

The breakfast was simple, but better than the other Days Inns we stayed at on our trip. The beds were comfortable! The hotel was within a 15 minute walk of all the attractions we visited on this trip.

We didn't like that the pool area has full glass window walls facing the front door and the front desk, such that everyone entering the main entrance to the hotel can see everyone/everything in the pool area. We chose not to use the pool because of its high visibility to the public. The pool is also smaller than it appears in the online photos.

Staff are friendly and very helpful and the location.

Breakfast included make-your-own waffles, and two hot items each morning. A minimum of one fresh fruit was available, in addition to cold/hot cereal, juices, coffee, bread, muffins, and bagels. The room and entire facility were clean everywhere. The manager was available at any time and was consistently cheerful and responsive!

the first night we had booked late 8 pm and was fortunate to get a room , however the room was very musky but we slept there that night . the next day I asked the front desk if they had another room without a bad smell and they said no problem come back after 11 and we’ll switch you . sure enough he found us a much better room in the second floor . 100 % better room . He was very helpful! we thanked him for his great efforts.

I did check breakfast area and food out. There was a large area for sitting. Had only coffee and muffins while waiting on the rest of my group. The coffee was very good compared to other Hotels. Usually it is too strong and I end up putting lots of cream in my coffee. But this coffee was perfect to my taste. I understand due to COVID the limit of food selections. That was fine with my group. The rooms were recently updated in color, flooring, carpeting and fresh paint. I was very surprised to see stairs in the hallways to each level. But when you look outside. One can easily see it was built into the hill. Which didn't make a difference to our group. I noticed handicaps rooms near the front entrance without stairs. I also, liked the cleanliness of the pool area with hot tub. (that is usually a hard place to keep clean and stocked with towels)

We had a group of six adults and wanted to play Farkle. The only place with large table is in the pool area where it is very warm and wet. Due to COVID sanitation rules we couldn't go in the breakfast area. It was already cleaned for morning breakfast. But we made the best of it.

I love the location, the pool and especially the friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included was a bonus and just what I needed before hitting the road.

The place is very large and my room was a long way from any amenities. Decor is looking a bit tired. Workout room consisted of a couple of elliptical machines and nothing else.

Rooms were nice.

The back of our toilet was dirty when we got there. I asked the front desk lady for a wipe and offered to clean it myself which she was fine with. We wish we would have know that there wasn't breakfast available prior to checking in. The website stated breakfast was available but once we checked in we were told there wasn't any due to covid. We checked in around 8 pm and we had to leave by 7 am for basketball games. We were really counting on breakfast!! Would have been nice if this was noted on the website. When the employee wasclosing the pool, she swept the water that was on the floor by the pool back into the pool! Thought that was pretty gross. There are drains all around that could be used for sweeping that into! Glad we weren't going back in the water.

Breakfast included waffles which is always good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good, especially for the Wisconsin Dells.

The hotel is older and could use some renewal. The swimming pool was nice, but the water in the hot tube needed to be changes.

Clean room. The hot tub stay hot. Then you walking distance from stores.

The rooms small and the breakfast I didnt care for and I didnt like that the pool area is in the front lobby area. Really wasnt private enough when people checking in they see you and you see them.

,Unfortunately as all across the nation, staff shortages, couldn't get clean towels to the room, we had to go to front desk for tp, towels, garbage bags. I paid almost $700 for 3 nights. Not what we are use to when paying so much. If i was camping, then fine.
