Ramada by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

Very clean facility, helpful staff, check in and out was easy, hotel was close to restaurants and stores. The beds were very comfortable. Property was very well maintained.

Maybe I just didn't read the fine print but I was under the impression that our stay included free tickets to the waterpark for all who were included in our room but it's 2 free tickets and then you have to pay for additional ones. Everything else about our stay was wonderful though!

The location was good it was close to most of the entertainment we were planning to do.

The lady that was training the new staff wasn't very friendly and wasn't very patient with the new hires. She made me feel very uncomfortable. The new employee was very friendly and was trying his best. The room was clean, the bathroom was super small, and I ended up ripping my swimming suit on a broken tile in the hot tub.

Liked most everything about this hotel. The room and bed were very comfortable, especially the bed!!! Sad to hear they were replacing mattresses because it was the most comfortable we have experienced. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. Staff was friendly, hardworking, and helpful. 1st time we have stayed there and we will again when we are traveling to Indiana.

The hot tub was lukewarm, and shallow for a tall person.-somewhat relaxing and the pool water was cold. The sauna was also warm and not very hot. We stayed on a Monday nite, so heat in these facilities may have been turned down to conserve energy.

Everything was good. the manager Mr. Andy is all over the place, and he is very friendly. the facility is very well kept in a great location. very clean. everything works fine. it is going to be my new place to stay, when I have to visit the area … oh, swimming pool Great for adults and children, sauna and whirlpool nice warm and well maintained!

the woman acting as receptionist could be been more “welcoming” at the time of the check in. I almost left later during the eve, I asked a question and then she was friendly … maybe we arrived in a bad day/time

The breakfast was good and the hotel was good fun for the kids just wish we had more tickets for Noah’s ark we wasn’t aware of how many so that was a bummer

We only got 2 tickets to the Noah’s ark water park and we had a family of 5 so we couldn’t go to that park .. we was totally blind sided by that

The breakfast was great and they had a wide variety of things to choose from. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was extremely clean and all amenities were met. I would stay here again!

It's an old building and some of the furniture needs to be upgraded but overall it is a decent hotel for the price!

Property was in a great location near many local attractions and restaurants. LOVED they offer 2 free Noah’s Ark water park tickets with 1 night stay, with an added discount if you purchase additional passes. Also passes were good for 4 days in a row!

Interior was bit outdated, could use a refresh/remodel.

how much chlorine was is the hot tub and pool, the was so much chlorine that it made our eyes burn and the bathroom was really small compared to the rest of the room

Staff was friendly, rooms was cleaned! Our room looked over the pool area, my kids loved it.

The person at the front desk was great! Helpful, kind, funny. The room was very clean and tidy.

The carpeting could be upgraded and the mattress on the beds also. The pull out couch definitely needs up grading as the springs were popping up.
