Hampton Inn and Suites at Wisconsin Dells Lake Delton

The employees that helped us each day were friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. Those responsible for breakfast each day provided excellent food and variety to choose from. And those that kept the hotel clean and safe for all the guests were fantastic as well. Thank you to all of you!!

Room 418 could have started off a bit cleaner - for example, the toilet bowl was a bit dirty and the wall by the garbage near the table was dirty too.

I was surprised at how good the breakfast was. The room was very clean, and my husband and I were very comfortable. I hope they don't change, we will definitely take into consideration the Hampton Inn and suites when traveling again.

The price could have been better, I think. A little lower.

The breakfast area was larger than most, the seating was plentiful and comfortable. Easy access to the food items which wer well displayed. Quality food items and it was enjoyable to have a breakfast rather than grab and go.

When I entered the room, it was apparent that someone prior to my visit had been smoking. I mentioned to the front desk who offered to change rooms, but I was on a tight schedule and thanked him for the offer but asked him to make a comment on my reservation such that I would not get charged for clean-up.

The room was larger and nicer than expected. The breakfast was very nice and staff was great when checking in and checking out. I like that the staff were attentive and helpful when needed and that they were working there from another country for the summer!

I did not care for the price. The price was too high for the location and the time of the week that I picked. They did not offer discount tickets to any of the attractions while hotels around them did. The ice machines were hidden and the arrows that sent people in that direction were not accurate.

Breakfast was very good, well stocked and clean

We stay at the Hampton Inns almost always since retiring and taking road trips. Though this was a good one the beds were not quite as comfortable as ones we are used to from The Hampton Inn. We both felt that the beds fell short on comfort from what we are used to.

The hairdryer worked well. It was mostly quiet and very clean

We were told we could split our bill at checkout but when we went to check out the desk attendant had already hit the checkout button which processed payment to my card. He said he could return the payment to my card and we could split it, and then said that it would be easier if my friend just paid me for her part of the bill. I think it was easier for him, not us

Location was perfect. Right next to everything and in a perfect location. The room was clean and spacious. We called ahead and was able to upgrade our room and the staff was incredibly friendly. The free breakfast was a nice offer. The pool looked great but we did not use it. Staff was very friendly, always saying hello and how are you when walking in. Overall loved the hotel and would come back again.

The quality of the warm foods for breakfast was a little disappointing but it was still awesome to offer.

Staff was exceptional! Breakfast was awesome! Bed was comfy! Location was perfect! Rooms were super clean! Overall, our stay was excellent and we would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone!!!

I didn't like that our stay was so short! lol I didn't like that we didn't have time to check out your pool/hot tub!

Location, Staff, breakfast CLEAN the bathrooms are safe clean and updated

There are no microwaves in the rooms you shouldn't have ti pay extra if you have them in other rooms. That's being CHEAP very inconvenient

This is a very nice Hampton Inn. Our stay was great. The only complain I would mention is that the pool is much smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Besides, the staff, cleanliness, breakfast, and location were excellent.
