We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the entire complex the waterpark was enjoyable. Lobby decorations and upkeep of the property was obvious to us. We also enjoyed the activities Ziplining was fun and Take Flight show was very nice.. Every staff member I was in contact with was pleasant and helpful.. The room was very spacious and quiet the beds were very comfortable. We had such a great time that we already booked another stay.
We enjoyed everything that Glaicer Canyon Lodge and the Wilderness had to offer..

We were impressed with the amount of space in our double Queen suite. The room was clean and had lots of storage areas. The kitchenette had everything we needed.
There's so much walking it makes it hard to really enjoy a short stay. If your looking for a few days trip this is the place.

very nice we were right by the skywalk so the walk to the water park was not bad at all!
if you got a room close to the front desk you would have a long walk to the water park but it’s all inside so that’s nice for winter

We have come for years and never disappointed! These condos are the best for a family vacation! Very spacious, can walk to all of the indoor water parks inside. All the employees are very friendly!

Location was great, condo size and rooms were great and perfect for our size family. Proximity to the water parks was also awesome and the golf carts to take us from water park to water park were a great bonus.
The only negative I had was the late check in due to being short staffed without any offering of a discount.

Had to call guest services because kids running halls on 3rd and 4th floor. No Adult supervision. And nothing was apparently done about it because it continued every night. Also, the Jacuzzi tub was not cleaned properly. There was a gob of hair on the drain. I had to have guest services send someone up to clean while I was gone during the day.

Cobwebs in bedroom...bottom corner near window and bed, cobwebs straight across bottom of fireplace, found many dirty drinking glasses in cabinet with fingerprints and one drinking glass had a chunk of food on it. My wife and I wiped down the webs and put all the glasses in the dishwasher, easy fix.

Nice room, shuttles are clutch in getting around in this cold weather. Everything you need is here or within walking distance/can be reached by shuttle.
Staying on the lower level we had some very noisy neighbors above us on our last night here, otherwise no other complaints.
