Clean and spacious. Kitchen fully equipped with nice dish and cookware. Perfect for families. Great location and access to Mount Olympus good for entire stay and included in room fee. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Building also very clean and hand sanitizer placed for use throughout building including elevators. Free laundry access for guests. Overall great place to stay.

I loved everything about the property the staff was friendly and helpful the rooms were extremely clean and fully stacked. there is construction going on but you can’t even tell because there’s no noise the beds are comfortable and clean the bathrooms were clean I recommend this place highly! I think every time I go to Wisconsin Dells I will be staying at this property!

I thought one of the bedrooms was gonna have two queen beds and then there would be one bedroom with one bed turns out both bedrooms only had one bed but it’s OK because they were pretty big beds.

Great location, Excellent staff. Hands down one of the better resorts to stay at, when visiting the dells. Was surprised see rooms were renovated as the pictures and many of the reviews did not suggest this. Updated renovations were great and were stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The main bedroom for deluxe suit, should be a king bed. Balcony view had a big tree in front of it , room #4015

Clean. Well managed. Front desk staff was excellent. Especially a young woman by the name of Marra, I believe. She went above and beyond when we were checking in. Will recommend to friends/family.

Was a little confusing to navigate the first day or so. Got used to it quickly though.

Everything I truly thank you for a wonderful stay although the park hours should be later than 7pm but that's about it. And I had a issue with my room 1009 Ihad $200 worth of groceries to fit into a mini fridge & Chris the manager on duty took immediate action got me into room 1006 with a full fridge for our food I thank you for all of your hard work.

The facility was amazing the staff was even more amazing and accommodating would definitely recommend and definitely will be back, it was worth every penny!

My only trouble was at first I had a really hard time finding it and had a little bit of confusion with the direction but other than that my experience was exceptional!

very nice condo, clan, very friendly staff, updated and great balcony.

all the sink drains backed up. the dishwasher backed up into sink. this was a problem in a different unit we stayed in before and alerted staff to the issue. the shower drains were fine though. the bd in MB was noisy and uncomfortable.

There wasn’t breakfast offered at BG Odyssey Dells Resort. That would have been a wonderful addition, however our unit had a stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, so we were able to prepare meals. Also, I loved the coffee machine in the lobby!

There was nothing we didn’t like. We would happily stay again.

Great girl trip to the Dells. Loved having the 2 bdrm 2 bath so we coukd all stay together! Centrally located! Great staff! Great units! Will definitely recommend to my travel clients!

I liked how spacious the room was for a family of four. I also liked that we had a great few from the parking lot of the fireworks show which was amazing.

Not much i didn't like if i had to pick something i would say the view from our room was not great. Our balcony faced a hill so nothing to look at and the price was very high but for a holiday weekend i guess it was reasonable.
