The penthouse loft we stayed in is quiet, has comfortable, large beds and a private hot tub. There are very good restaurants and a nice grocery store close to the loft.There is a bus stop near by making it fast and easy to get to Old Quebec. The office staff allowed us to enter the loft ahead of schedule due to our early arrival in the city.
A soup kitchen is across the street from the loft. While we do support helping the needy, we were approached by homeless men twice during our stay. Once at the bus stop and once while waiting for a cab. We found this upsetting.

The apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was nice and bright and a good size. The beds were comfortable and the showers good. We came by train. It was 7 minutes walk from the Gare du Palais station and about 15 minutes to the lower old town. There was a very large supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants close by.
We had some problems getting into the flat and had to ring for instructions. Better information with the joining instructions would have avoided the problem. There was no information about any of the appliances in the flat or about the general location. One of the bedrooms had no hanging space with coat hangers.

Location is ideal for commuting on Via Rail, as the station is an easy walk away. Grocery store and a handful of wonderful eateries all within short walking distances. Approximately one "uphill" mile away from the the "core" of Quebec City's tourist attractions. Walkable or convenient to use the very reliable public bus system. Self service laundry on-site. Two bedroom / two bath unit was a very comfortable space. Off-site luggage storage was also available approximately 8 minute walking distance.

Apartment was very clean, in great conditions, and comfortable. Location was very good, about a mile from the main attractions. Parking around the property was not an issue, there are public parking facilities available at reasonable price.
The process to get in could be more straightforward. The directions and list of documentation needed to get the codes were not very clear.

Excellent location close to restaurants. Clean and seemingly brand new and secure building. Our 2 bedroom/2 full bath unit was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The AC via mini split was quiet but powerful. Wifi was reliable. Communication with the staff online was always quick and efficient.
Our unit did not have paper towels and dish soap.

The loft is super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There are so many restaurants and bars on the street, and some shops as well.
I think there's a shelter around. I have seen many homeless people, but I feel safe for my stay.

Everything was perfect - the studio was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and a fantastic view over the city. Ideal position - close to Le vieux Québec but not in it. Nice, lively area with shops and bars close at hand.
