Easy to find. Trouble free check-in. Very clean and functional amenities. We were right next to the kitchen so that was a bonus. Excellent huge and comfortable bed. Shower was also excellent, hot and strong. Dog friendly. Wish more hotels could get on board with this. Good location, easy short walk to Woolworths and main shopping centre with lots of choices for food. I consider our night excellent value for money and will stay there again as we do the Sydney, Brisbane trip fairly often.

Staff were great and helpful. Room was clean, modern and pet friendly (with good strict rules) and in a good location just off the main road. The beds and pillows were comfortable, all room equipment worked and parking was located outside door. Great space allocated for pet bed next to main bed. Cheap and convenient. Would recommend.

Truck and traffic noise from the main road next to hotel was noticeable throughout the night but it was still not too bad.

The room was comfortable and had more than the necessary facilities. The microwave in the room was a great touch as well as a shared kitchen. It was handy to have.

It is quite easy to hear the neighbours in other rooms and we weren’t greeted very kindly on our arrival. The lady at the desk didn’t even acknowledge my partner at all.

Location and undercover parking

We got back to our room late around 8.20 and my husband called reception because our room had not been serviced and asked for dry towels and was told we should have left a tag on the door if we wanted the room serviced and we could get clean towels at 8am the next morning. we had to share a beach towel I had in the car. I hadn't read the notice and there was no tag in the room or on the door knob. I made the bed before we left the room early Saturday morning so we just needed clean dry towels as I had piled them on the floor to be washed. Due to being a Rep on the road I have stayed in many motels and rooms are always serviced daily.

it was clean, very noisy with trucks all night I didn’t get a good night sleep, hard to not have pups or small dogs on the bed, supply a big light blanket that will keep them off sheets or doona , I always carry a king size, dog area not great for last wee at night, a little bit dangerous for elderly people I thought slippery, easy to take dogs out the front for a walk down the rd, not far from the beach which I liked & good fish & chips not too far to drive

The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure. So close to everything we needed, shopping restaurants, fantastic location. The lady checking us in was very kind & friendly.

What could of been better- just the taps were not marked with hot or cold kids might have a problem with this. We didn't receive the wifi password,

Very comfy bed and great for a one night stay with pet.

The only thing I wanted to mention is that the pin on Apple Maps takes you to a location 40 minutes away. I brought this information to the attention of the reception staff but it is important future guests check the address. Allocated parking spots would also be very helpful as I had a huge ute outside my room which made accessing my accomodation very tricky.

Very comfortable beds in both the rooms I stayed in. ( 3 days apart ) Rooms were clean and bed linen excellent. I slept like a log both nights which is very important when you are 82 years old and on a long trip

Parking was a bit of a problem. It’s a bit crowded and if you are not early you might not be parked next to your room.

I booked late and was travelling to QLD with 2 rescue dogs, so booked a pet friendly room. They had a great size, secure, grassed dog run out the back of the property. The room was very comfortable and clean, after a recent update. The dogs stayed in the room with me, which was also fabulous. Would definitely recommend for pet and non pet travellers.

Clean, very comfortable bed, helpful, pleasant host. Fresh milk offered, the complimentary tasty biscuits were very welcome on arrival. Ground floor room was perfect, being able to open the door was refreshing albeit on to the car park but was quiet regardless. The bird song in the morning was amazing.
