Haven Waters Motel & Apartments

The room was big enough to have a table, lounge and a kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was on the main road and near the river but the room was quiet and easy to sleep in. The room was clean and the staff on check in were friendly and helpful.

We found the whole stay great relaxing and an easy place to get around the town and suburbs near by. We also eat the bowling club one night and the offered discount was great.didn’t have any thing to say negative about our stay.

The facilities are old, but very well maintained. The staff are lovely; very welcome and warming, and helpful; they suggested some local attractions to visit, which I enjoyed. The room is complete with all amenities that you would need. There is free onsite parking. The check in/out process was straightforward. The location is ideal; North Haven is a lovely small coastal town!

The location is easy to find. Our cell phone(Vodafone) went out of service so navigation system do not work for last several kilos when getting off highway, but we can still easily found it by just go straight haha. Stuff there is very helpful!

We used washer, but dry machine seems to not able to dry even we tried drying for 2 times. Except this one, nothing to complain!

Bright, airy room. Luxuriously comfortable king bed. Close proximity to the waterfront and walking tracks. Only three doors from the bowls club, for drinks, dinner and on Thursday nights, live music.

We were most grateful for the king bed room (Room 21), however, the bed does consume much of the floor space. It is perfectly fine for a one or two night stay.

This motel is cleaner than Novotel Surfer Paradise, Mantra Legends Surfer Paradise, Swissotel Sydney CBD, Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok and many other hotels we have ever stayed. We travel with young kids and always move the two beds to connect together. We did not see and visible dust nor rubbish under the beds at all. The room have nice clean smell. No rubbish under the couch. Kitchenette facilities are clean. The motel provided new sponge for washing and also have a dishwasher machine with tablets. We love their cleanliness. The lady at the reception was nice. Location is nice. Close to everything but quite. We can park our car in front of the room. Swimming pool. Restaurants near by. Bay front.

A spring mattress. Two hot&cold shower taps with wall fixed shower head. Bang noise above the ceiling through out the night ( don’t know what was that noise but it sounds like someone keep open and close the cupboard.

The area is amazing, love North Haven, always relaxing and has plenty to offer. Havenwaters was very comfortable to come back to and very close & in walking distance to a lot of amenities.

The only chairs in the room, where for the dinning table, and extremly uncomfortable, im not one for laying or sitting in bed to watch some tv and being short, to sit for a meal or spot of reading or even trying to watch some tv resulted in pins and needles in the legs. Not every one wants to lay all over the bed to do these activities..

The motel was beyond excellent, beautifully cared for, tastefully furbished and the whole friendly team go above and beyond. One of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. The android TV is a nice touch and a pleasant surprise. I had forgotten my make up remover, it was caterered for. I am definately coming again. To all the team, thank you.

What wasnt to like, it was fabulous.

Beautiful location with the river across the road. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and with a well equipped kitchenette. Bowling club 100 metres down the road and cafes and restaurants close by. BBQ facilities were spotless and very well maintained.

Wished we could have stayed longer :(

Location was fantastic, lively sitting on the verandah enjoying cheese and wine and talking to the local kookaburra which sat on our table with us

The basin in the bathroom was too large, hard to manoeuvre around it, half size would have been enough

Rooms are fresh, bright, open, and inviting.. Beds are comfortable for a great nights sleep, extra large sized allocated parking space directly at front of room. Air con, celling fan, modern tv, microwave Ian’s bar fridge in kitchen.. Great location! friendly staff, Awesome managers! Great place to stay, ticks all the boxes!

That I had to leave at the end of my stay.. One night is never long enough for me!!
