The facade of the motel is very dated and needs some love, BUT the insides of the rooms are just superb. The bathrooms are nice, neat, clean and a great design. The shower provided hot water with pressure. The beds , wow, very large and very comfy. We has one night to see a concert, but will definitely use this motel again for any trip to Orange. Park the car and walk to many pubs , club or entertainment centre. Just the bees knees.

It was very busy, but that is good for the owners, and it really didnt detract.

location - close to town centre; clean and nicely renovated; USB ports; great power shower. Groundstone cafe at the Info centre just a block away was great for brekky and coffee. Crema coffee shop opposite Hotel Canobolas also good for coffee. We ate at Lord Anson, Hotel Canobolas and Royal Hotel. All very acceptable meals for reasonable price. Don’t miss Spilt Milk gelato bar for dessert. We didn’t eat at the Metropolitan Hotel attached to the motel - not sure why as menu looked OK.

Nothing really. Doors to units could do with a paint as they look a bit tired with peeling paint. Hard to park on a couple of occasions- car park was full when we got back in the evening. Plenty of street parking.

The newly renovated bathroom was a winner with high quality fittings and great water pressure. The rest of the room was up to standard and the location is very central but not noisy. Make sure you ask for a room with a spa because that was the room we had that had been renovated. Others may have been but we do not know that for sure. Would book again.

The hotel that the motel abuts is somewhat sad. There is nothing that the motel can do unless it is owned by the same owners. The upside to that is that there was no noise from there on the Friday and Saturday nights that we stayed. The outside appearance of the property did not reflect the interior of the rooms.

I extended our stay by a night via the app but must have made an error. Rosemary was absolutely lovely in offering a room as soon as she had a cancellation to assist our needs - and my blunder! Absolutely lovely.

The only thing was the split system struggled to warm the room. Rosemary was so kind as to deliver an electric heater to our room to assist. *Sub zero temps Only a suggestion: A plug and washing up liquid, plus tea towel would be handy to clean up our used mugs/cutlery etc. And some salt and pepper to go with room service meals. Thank you again!

The Location was great. The hotel attached is a bonus as after a long day it was nice just to wander over and order dinner and have a few drinks. The staff were fabulous, coming from a busy town it was exceptional to be greeted as you walked in the front door, haven't had this sort of a welcome since travelling through Ireland.

Sadly it didn't have a pool but the air conditioning was wonderful.

Modern and freshly decorated room that met our families needs for the stay. Room was a little on the smaller side and beds were comfortable after a long day in the car. Bathroom was on the smaller side but the shower pressure was very good after a day spent in the cold.

No complimentary fresh milk for coffee or tea (there was only UHT milk in fridge) - not enough bowls, plates or cutlery in the room. Room was not not dark enough as the outside motel lights are on all night - only my daughter slept well.

Key wasn't activated and had to call someone from the hotel Murphy bed. When I booked some rooms had the Murphy, which I had to google, but I specifically booked a room for 3 adults, as it said a room for 3 had a single bed, plus a double. The Murphy bed dropped off at the head and side, so it was like you had to brace. Also was directly under the TV so you couldn't watch and lacked a bedside lamp Spa bath was a good thought, didn't use as a spa, but was actually a bit too high to get in, so dangerous for older people Lack of parking availability

Location, comfortable, clean, refreshed interior and work to renovate entire premises underway. Pub next door was the complexes little secret you need to investigate, great meals - outstanding meal deals each night ( $18 T-bone or $18 scotch filets were both quality and quantity). Easy walk around Orange. A pleasant stay.

Nil - look forward to coming back when Reno’s completed. Parking issues pretty well sorted. While not numbered we had no problems.

I love the location, so close to everything i needed. Staff are friendly and approachable for any and all needs. This is the second time i have stayed here. Great sized room for what i needed, comfy bed, excellent water pressure, great sized bathroom and shower. Very clean and modern, smart tv in the bedroom was able to connect to both netflix and youtube when i needed and great wifi connection speed for streaming use. Bar fridge is perfect size for basic needs (milk, water, snacks etc), proper mugs for coffee making needs. Sofa was also very comfy to relax on. Comfortable chair at the bench. Charge back service available if you wish to eat a meal at the metro hotel.

Modern, clean, comfortable, quiet, could move the work desk to more comfortable position to work at - all good and lovely.

Hehehe, I couldn't work out how to turn off a little iridescent light on the bottom of the TV after turning the TV off and it glowed all night! I guess there was another button to turn it off but I don't have such a flash TV at home and couldn't work it out. It was nothing major but thought I'd mention it.
