Our room was spacious, with a good bed, carpeted bench for 2 suitcases, good TV and very practical, well set up tea/coffee station with microwave, fridge etc. While showing its age and price point, it is a very comfortable convenient stay. The bathroom while old, was in generally good condition, good size and had an "old fashioned" basin with plenty of room for our toiletries. Some newer places might look flash but are not as practical or user friendly. There was ample parking despite the dual level rooms. There was a good sized wardrobe, with iron and board should we have needed them.

Shower taps needed washers replaced. This was reported on departure .

The room was large for a motel room. I loved the fact that the sink and the jug matched in size, so that you could actually fill the jug easily. Nice shower (better than our mediocre one at home). Friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was set up well, which made it really convenient for our one night stay.

Nothing that I was disappointed by. The location is good for travel, but not if you want an easy walk to town.

Super clean. The lovely lady on reception was very helpful. The room was large. Great water pressure and heat in the shower. Not far to drive for meals and shops. The bed was very comfy, as were the pillows. Despite being quite close to the highway, and having our windows open all night, it was very quiet.

While clean, the odour of the deodoriser or cleaner was overpowering, and we needed to leave all the windows open to avoid an asthma attack and needed to leave for a while.

Very happy with room 35. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable for a great nights sleep. Friendly welcome, milk, good wifi, warm shower, whisper quiet a/c, an abundance of coffee and tea etc.

If you REALLY push me, I might suggest adding a complimentary bottle of water, but it wasn't too hot this weekend :-)

With all the traveling I do I have never stayed in a room that was so clean, it smelt clean. The facility though some may say is dated, because of the cleanliness and the wonderful friendly staff it was perfect for my needs. Thank you West End Motor Lodge

For me, the bed was a little hard but that is because I personally sleep better on a softer bed. There is no more than I can say as a negative comment in regards to this facilitgy

Average size room but perfect for an overnight stay. Immaculately clean, just a single chair for the desk, rain head shower. The indoor swimming pool was great. Though near a main road, the room was very quiet.

The bed was a little too hard for me, but not too bad. No complaints about anything.

We stayed in the house and thought it was perfectly set up for a family. The beds were comfy, the heater was nice and the location was great! Also the shower was really good.

There was no wifi so a bit difficult for the kids and a us adults who run business’s. A little swing set or trampoline would be a great addition.

The room and bathroom was extremely clean. The staff were very helpful, even with where we could go for a late breakfast and because we had a function starting before we had standard access to the room, they went out of the way to try and make sure the room was ready for us early so we could freshen up after travelling for hours.

There was nothing we didn't like. We were happy with everything.

we stayed in Telford house, a 3br home separated from the hotel. great space, kitchen & laundry facilities; comfy beds

no pegs to make use of the clothesline no wifi available at the house the large Venetian blinds in the front bedrooms are not enough to give a dark room for sleeping in with streetlight and bright sunlight. needs blockout blinds/curtains over the top

The room was quite newly furnished. It was more spacious than I thought. It had a long desk for me to work on, and that was very nice. Great shower and air-conditioning.

The room that we stayed in had an internal door to an adjacent room. We could here our neighbour talking on the phone and also the noise of his TV. Fortunately, he went to bed quite early.
