The room was well furnished , with a great little meals prep area. the shower and toilet facilities were in clean and well stocked condition. Bed was comfy and a great internet connection. Close to a shopping complex and the facilities I wished to use.

If i had one negative it would be that the dish rack would leave water all over the counter unless you placed the tea towel under it. however this left you with nothing to dry the dishes with. Simple solution a second tea towel available.

Staff were very helpful and communicated well with me even before I arrived. Location was convenient for my needs.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The a/c wasn't working. There were some small flashing lights around the room that made me feel uncomfortable, I think these should be explained. Especially the red light next to the TV (I put clothing over it, in case it was a micro camera)

Our stay was made great by the truly fantastic staff. They made us feel so welcome and it was not like we were staying at a hotel but more with friends. We came to Sydney from the UK and the team gave us so much help in where to visit, how to get around and little insights only a local would know! The check in process was easy, and every day our rooms were cleaned to a high standard.

Close to the metro station, rooms have full facilities, I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite which made the stay quite comfortable. The lovely ladies working at reception offered some of the best down to earth service I’ve come across, they’re brilliant at their jobs. Having free parking and a gym are big plus’s as well.

Slightly dated but it’s still very comfortable, beds have firm mattresses.

Main reason for choosing Mantra was all about the location. Had all the amenities necessary in the room, cooking facilities, decent lounge area. Breakfast option is awesome. Having windows is to open/close is great, reverse cycle heating is good too

Overall it was a pleasant stay and met our needs. Would be happy to stay again.

The bed did feel like two pushed together with a ridge in the middle. But for the most part didn't really notice it. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but it was clean and met our needs.

Great location, great price. Loved that we had a small cooking facility and altho we didn't use them, we noted a washing machine and dryer available,

The beds. They were firm and straight, but just so very hard. Used to sleeping with a mattress topper, so I would bring my own topper next time!

loved the location, everything was super clean in there. The staff were amazing, Melanie was extra amazing telling me how to order food for my kids. she went over & beyond.

The mattress was very hard, dishwasher & microwave were broken.

convenient location, close to the wedding I was attending. it has everything I needed, the room was perfect size and was very clean

the property was great, the only thing was the cards being very sensitive being close to your phone and getting ruined, luckily had a spare key but made it a little frustrating. and trying to find it was confusing because it’s right in an industrial zone, the Uber driver picking me up also has issues finding where to park, ended up having to walk 100m down to find him which made it hard in heels 😅

- three bedroom apartment was great size to comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children when travelling with extended family. - quiet location in business park - good in room amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer)

- ageing appliances: dishwasher door needs repair - doors/windows need maintenance as not sliding well in tracks
