great location, comfortable room with lovely large verandah to enjoy the view. the property has all the facilities you could ever need including a tidy kitchen and comfortable bed

We were in Room 112.This is of a good size with nice view and excellent sun. The carpet does however need restretching or relaying.

We had trouble connecting with Uber taxis as the Loading Zone out the front of the Hotel Zoned, P 5, was not being monitored. On the evening that we had booked an Uber to go to a Show they were unable to park out front, as there were three cars and a motorbike parked OUT front and the Uber taxis could not pick us up. We actually called up Uber twice and they could not stop. We were charged a cancellation fee of $37.50 In the end your manager flagged down a taxi for us.

Love the location and view of Darling Harbour. It is within walking distance to the main shopping district between Wynyard and QVB. It was also near the main public transport belt so you can hop on the rail to get to popular destinations like Circular Quay, Chinatown and Haymarket, easily. The apartment is comfortable and amenities provided were up to date. The kitchen cooker tops were excellent that we could cook our meals fairly quickly. Really grateful for the excellent housekeeping services as the apartment is always spick and span whenever we return from our day’s outings. It was really nice to be awaken by the chirping and morning calls of birds perched from the nearby trees.

Overall, we are quite happy with the apartment and have no major issues with it.

The views were spectacular. For a city that doesn't sleep, we didn't hear much of the traffic. Beautifully sized room and great bathroom. Washing machine and dryer, although we didn't need them. And the kitchen was a decent size too, though I just went for a walk to get breakfast. Air con worked great after we'd been walking the city all arvo. And a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

The bedding. It's the same everywhere you go. Sheets that don't fit and doonas that don't fit, I just personally don't like the triple sheet system. And in winter those sheets would be extra cold.

The location is perfect as a base for Darling Harbour activities; it was simple to reach via public transport being an easy 10 minute walk from Wynyard Railway Station. The room and the balcony were spacious and had everything I needed for my stay, the bed was very comfortable. The only thing to wish for would be a shower rather than a shower over a bath, but I knew and accepted that when I made the booking.

Not enough regular coffee or milk was in the room, although there was plenty of decaf and tea, but the staff were quick to provide them when asked. Housekeeping may need a "tweak" as I found a couple of items from the previous occupants, and the vacuum didn't quite do its job fully.

Fantastic location to get into the city (over a pedestrian bridge) and it took minutes to get to Pitt St Mall and just 1 minute to Darling Harbour restaurants. Best location ever!! Turn right to walk towards Bangaroo, left to aquarium. Lovely staff (Sarah). Clean room. Parking was good - you could enter at any time on arrival day and leave before 1pm on the checkout day. Pool was great for older kids as it wasn't too deep. A good stay for myself and my daughter, thank you!

The bathroom was pretty basic (studio room), but it had everything we needed. Booked carparking for $49, but had to pay $59 on checkout as price had gone up (a bit rude). Location was amazing though, so would stay again.

I asked for a quiet room and we got one. It also had a sliver of a view of Darling Harbour and a balcony. I also mentioned it was our Anniversary and there was a bottle of champagne with flutes and a few chocolates in our room upon arrival. It was an easy walk to/from the train station that went to/from the airport. We really liked the Modina cafe on the main level of the hotel. The beds were relatively comfortable. The room was clean. It was nice to have a microwave, wet bar sink, refrigerator and hair dryer. Walking distance to Darling Harbour with restaurants, bars and fireworks on weekends.

Shower was small and the way the glass door opened/closed was a bit tricky to use. The shower also had very little light. Sometimes the toilet hissed at us.

Welcomed by friendly staff to a wonderful location at Darling Harbour, and close to CBD. We had a spacious one bedroom apartment on the sixth floor with a balcony. Fully functional kitchen and washing machine and dryer in bathroom. It was bright and linen was top notch. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The view from the balcony was amazing, especially at night with all the lights. Loved watching the ferries returning from their dinner cruises. There are many restaurants nearby and a supermarket. It is in walking distance of Wynyard Station and to the theatres.

Excellent location to Darling Harbour and Pyrmont. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Modina Cafe/Bar is a good family friendly and budget option in an otherwise very expensive area of Sydney to wine and dine. The pool environment is like an oasis in the heart of the CBD. I reported an issue to Reception who arranged prompt servicing on the next business day.

The room while well appointed are looking tired and suffering usual wear and tear. The bathroom included an over bath shower which does not allow my headroom for an average height adult. One appliance was not working when I checked in, and while every effort was made to fix it during my stay, it was still not working when I left which did cause a small inconvenience. The lack of coffee making facilities beyond instant coffee sachets was disappointing, considering the room cost per night and it's location. Most places I stay in have a pod machine or plunger for guests as a minimum for upwards of $100 per night less.

Location, location, location! A stones throw away from the water at Darling Harbour. The service was excellent. The room was spacious, quiet, and had nice views.

The door lock on the balcony door was barely connected to the door, and was about to come off. The bathroom is a good size, so not sure why the shower had to be over the bath. It was a little dicey climbing out of the bath/shower when finished. There is plenty of room for a walk-in shower. Neither of these issues affected my 5 star ratings though because everything else was really good.
