Receptionist had the best manners and was ever so much helpful. From taking our bags as we were early due to the concert we were attending to getting us a key explaining how and where we were to go. Asking if we would like anything in our rooms..... He was just a credit to your company. The room was clean, with all amenities working. Noise was none existent with balcony door closed.
We got what we paid for. We were happy with our room and pricing. We were grateful for our receptionist he was a gem.

One thing I noticed was the cleanliness particularly in the bathroom, exceptionally clean, seamless check in and check out. Very spacious and comfortable room. Friendly staff great location. I enjoyed my short stay and would definitely return.

Nicely set out and comfortable space wise. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Luke was amazing and replaced the tv for us when our one wasn’t working!
Access to the pool wasn’t very easy and had a lot of cigarette butts around & in the pool. Would have been nice to be able to use the bath, but there was no plug. More blankets would have been helpful too rather than leaving the a/c running through the night to make sure we all stayed warm. There was a thick layer of dust left on the corner coffee table and bench which showed surfaces weren’t fully wiped clean before our arrival.

The best part of Metro Apartments on King Street was the location and price paid for our stay. The apartment was a bit outdated; but definitely met our needs. We were very pleased that the towels were changed daily even over the holidays in an apartment style accommodation - great service! It even had a washer and dryer. Walking distance from Darling Harbor.

Very good staff, gentle, honest, helpful and fast!
Stairs in front, without ramp. I was with a pregant wife and a toddler on a stroller, difficulty that I wasn't aware I would have.
